Bought a 18 ford raptor from the a couple months back, the finance guy was super pushy on selling me accommodation that I would have to drive 3 and a half hours one way to use. My truck had 2 tires that were no good, I called them within a week of purchase my sells guy Troy said oh we’ll help you with this… 2 months later nothing… there were a couple other things that needed to be fixed on the truck but I just fixed them because they couldn’t even help me with the tires I had to replace. Never will I buy from them again.they say we have a warranty on all of our vehicles for up to 3k miles, here I was with just under a thousand miles and not a xxxx thing except tires and paint and a seat I had to fix. More

I recently was on a cross country RV trip pulling a fifth wheel trailer 100 miles north of Rock Springs, when my RAM 2500 indicated a DEF System Malfunction. We were fortunate to contact Fremont and speak t wheel trailer 100 miles north of Rock Springs, when my RAM 2500 indicated a DEF System Malfunction. We were fortunate to contact Fremont and speak to Travis Poll, Service Advisor. When we arrived he said they were very booked and that it could take a week for a technician to evaluate the problem. He added that he would do everything he could to work it in their schedule. In the meantime, he offered a courtesy driver to take us to buy supplies while we awaited his reply. The next day he called to inform us that he was able get a tech to evaluate the problem and that the DEF tank needed to be replaced due to contamination. He arranged to have one shipped from Denver and had it installed as soon as it arrived. All along he kept us informed of their progress and the estimate he gave us was exactly what I paid for the repair. He even showed me the old DEF tank so I could see why the failure occurred. Travis and the other Service Advisors kept us advised and worked to get us back on the road in a matter of three days. We were obviously in a pinch and could have easily been taken advantage of under the circumstances, but instead, treated fairy and professionally like a valued customer. Service department was great and got both of my vehicles done in a timely manner even on a Saturday. Only had to wait for about 20 minutes for my second vehicle to get done.
