The vehicle I was approved for is a reliable vehicle, a 2012 Dodge Avenger 4 door SXT Plus and Seriously it was fully loaded red and black with only 42,000 miles and delivered with full inspection, oil change, gas, nicely waxed and cleaned. The support of everyone you deal with on purchasing or browsing is phenomenal. Service dept My 2016 Ram 5500's transfer case cracked while in Casper Wyoming. It took the service dept one week to even look at my truck. After looking at it they My 2016 Ram 5500's transfer case cracked while in Casper Wyoming. It took the service dept one week to even look at my truck. After looking at it they refused to honor the warranty. It then took them another wee to repair it. It is now 4 months later and the transfer case they installed has busted and caused major damage to our truck.Our local dealership keeps apologizing for Fremont Motors and is trying to make it right for us. More

AWFUL!! I dropped my truck off to get two keys programmed at 8am and was told it would be done at 9am. I called at noon and they told me that it would be done I dropped my truck off to get two keys programmed at 8am and was told it would be done at 9am. I called at noon and they told me that it would be done by three. I called at four and got a message machine and left a message to call me back.I called back at 4:30 and raised xxxx and they told me to come straight down. I got my keys and went out to the truck. One of the two keys still didn't work. I went in and flipped out on some poor kid who FINALLY programmed it for me in about two minutes. I asked why it took all day to do something that takes two minutes and the service writer told me that they did a recall that I didn't bring it in for and they didn't ok with me before they did. I left and didn't make it to the end of the block and noticed the check engine light was on. I went back and flipped the proverbial "poop" out. They had no idea what the code meant and just cleared it out and told me to come back if it turned back on. I told them that I most definitely will not under any circumstances be going back there. I would suggest that no one else does either. I missed two full days of work because of what should have been a five-minute job. More

Terrible experience with the sales representative who was extremely pushy and did not listen to any feedback for the vehicle we wanted. Managers were just as bad and when we said we were looking for something else that they had told us "good luck with that" in an aggressive and sarcastic tone. Would not recommend to anyone. I will travel to another state to purchase than deal with this dealership ever again. More
