Vehicle wasn't repaired, even thro it was in the shop for 11 days. Returned with panels not installed correctly and missing parts. No phone calls giving updates. My wife and I have dealt with Fremont Ford for over 15 years. She bought her 2005 Mustang from them and they make sure it is serviced regularly and always looking pretty. She recently had a minor "fender bender" and they fixed up like new Kudos to the body shop. Over the years we have had a few difficulties with Fremont Ford but the good out weighs the bad. I also,drive a Taurus SHO and they take good care of it also. More

This is by far the most unprofessional, unprepared service department I have ever encountered. The departments do not communicate. I wish I could give negative stars. This review is not based off of just one service appointment; this review is taking into account MULTIPLE appointments where they have INCORRECTLY installed fuel filters, NOT HAD THE PARTS IN STOCK and not only not had the parts; but created an appointment, let us wait for the part and then after only 4 hours of wasting our time, told us they didnt in fact have the part and that we had to reschedule. Save yourself the pain and time and go somewhere else. The employees should be ashamed and embarrassed. More
