Service ok until my last visit I have had my car for almost two years...Have always had my service done there...I never had a problem until my last visit...I noticed the plastic bol I have had my car for almost two years...Have always had my service done there...I never had a problem until my last visit...I noticed the plastic bolts on a small panel were falling out...One side had one bolt left and the other had one missing..I took the side off that had one bolt left so I wouldn't loose the panel...Later I found one bolt on the ground.. I took the car in to have them fix the problem..They wanted me to pay 85 dollars to put the panel back on..I questioned why I had to pay and the adviser said we can fix it if you have it serviced....I handed them the panel and the two bolts I had...When I picked up the car I was told the mechanic said he fixed it the best he could and it might not stay on....When I got to the car I look underneath and four bolts were missing...When I went back I was told that they told me they would use my hardware...They lied....They told me to order the bolts myself...I asked for a comment sheet and they told me to call ford if i had a problem...They gave me a 1-800 number...I ended up getting some bolts myself...I have purchased two cars from fremont ford and they lost my business and the business of the people I know...Smart move guys loosing business for 10 dollars worth of bolts and 10 mins of work...The work order said reinstall....Really you guys reinstall parts with half of the bolts missing...????? I was told by and employee who I won't name these bolts fall out all the time.............I won't want him to get in trouble.... More
Never purchase any value-added/service-extended plan there! At the very beginning, the experience is good; ford explorer is fantastic as well. It has been almost 3 months since my initial request using the Warranty Cancellation Form. And it has been almost 2 months since the update of my address. I have been sending multiple emails to your both financial managers, yet they are too cool and very irresponsible and not responsive. People may wonder why I don't make a call or come to the shop directly. It is because I am traveling outside of US, which means phone call and coming to the shop is more difficult, which I clearly notified fremont ford at the beginning. The body shop guys are nice; ford cars are good. Yet for fremont ford, I have to say never ever purchase any value-added services there, since you would never get refund if you wanna cancel. I feel very upset and very helpless. I have the form it contains the signatures. I really expect any help. How could I get my refund back. Anyone, please provide some help! Really appreciate it in advance. And remember never ever purchase any value-added contract like ESP, CENTURY, etc, when you buy there. More
Quick Lane Sevice at Fremont Ford Newark CA I purchased a new 2013 F-150 King Ranch from this dealership in Nov 2012. I've had it serviced 4 previous times. The last service they didn't reinstal I purchased a new 2013 F-150 King Ranch from this dealership in Nov 2012. I've had it serviced 4 previous times. The last service they didn't reinstall my oil filler cap after changing my oil. Lately I have gone to the Quick Lane Service twice. The 1st time I waited 10 minutes just to talk to someone who told me he'd be right with me, in another 5-6 minutes he never came back ... I left. Today same Quick Lane Service it took several minutes for anyone to approach me to ask what I wanted. I showed him my coupon for a complimentary oil change. The response was can't take you today do you want to schedule an appointment. Quick Lane Service no appointment necessary? The service department at this dealership is just terrible. More

I had a $100 coupon that I could've used if adding the tire change on top of the maintenance. But Peter lied to me and gave me tire prices and said there's another $100 for installation. The moment I showed the coupon he said there's also $85 for alignment. It seems that all dealers and tire places charge one fee for installation and alignment in the range of $65. But the point is dishonesty. Why I wasn't told about the $85 until after I showed the coupon. Fremont Ford Service just lost a loyal customer. More

This is despicable and a sad attempt to pressure me into doing business with Fremont Ford. I actually got a better quote from a different car maker all together BUT based on that email I will NOT EVER do business with them now or in the future. I am the customer and I will go to whomever I please. Fremont Ford did not give me the price I wanted so I went somewhere else. More
I seriously visited five other Ford dealerships and in the end this was the only dealership that came through with the colors and options I wanted. They are a little far from where I live, but it was tota the end this was the only dealership that came through with the colors and options I wanted. They are a little far from where I live, but it was totally worth the drive because the monthly are more reasonable than the number other dealers came up with. If they weren’t so knowledagble and easy to work with, I would have never gotten the car I wanted. More
