No run around, got the car we wanted, Platinum explorer, at the price we wanted and were in and out super quick which was a plus since we had our son with us! Will definitely be coming here for all of our future purchases and service. Johnny, Amin and Ben were super helpful and made the process super easy. To top it off on the way to school this morning, my son is asking to see "the guy in the white shirt" (Amin) because he was "so cool". More

Guys, if you want to make real damage submit a complaint also to ford.com, BBB, State attorney General, Ford Board of director's officer and as many o Guys, if you want to make real damage submit a complaint also to ford.com, BBB, State attorney General, Ford Board of director's officer and as many of the social media websites possible, such as Fremont ford facebook, twitter, truecar.com, etc. I'm the owner of a limousine company ad already have paid off 4 of Ford Explorers, so my standing with Ford Finance is amazing. Here is what happened to me(I have text messages and emails from salespeople and sales managers to prove it!): I found a Pre Owned Certified Lincoln Navigator L 2016 at Findlay Lincoln and negotiated a deal, where I would pay $782.80 per month for 60 months, with $0 drive off including tax, license, commercial registration, and transportation fee $600 to deliver a vehicle to my house. The interest is set at 2.99%. "Sadly" I needed 2 cars, so another, same car I've found at Fremont Ford, everything about this car was the same, mileage, options, color, year, I mean everything. I called Fremont Ford, explained the situation and told them that if they are willing to do the same deal for me, I would gladly take it, even though I don't need to transport it to my home, I will not negotiate the price $600 down. I would just take it as is and pick up the car myself. Since my credit had already been pulled by Findley Lincoln and being approved, I told salesperson named Mustafa Barakzai, to make sure that this deal is acceptable before I would drive 60 miles to sign the papers and before my credit pulled again, since every pull is taking about 20 points off your credit score. He called me back and told me that he spoke with his sales manager and deal is approved with the same conditions. We made an appointment for me to go and sign the papers the next day. The next day, I've got the call from the general manager Michael Pollom, who asked me if I'm coming to the dealership to take the car, I repeated the offer with all the details and told him, that if this deal is accepted, I will be at the dealership at 6 pm. When I've arrived I realized that the car was not Certified Pre Own, well I'm already here and I do need a car, so I test drove it, checked all around and decided to still go ahead with the deal. When the purchase agreement was print out, I've noticed that the payment will be $850 instead of $782.80, which we agreed on, good thing I caught it before signing. I've pointed out and finance guy ran to a sales manager again to verify and another good thing was, that I had everything in the text, so I could of proving the negotiations. So deal was approved and signed and I was about to be on my way home when I realized that they had only one remote key for the car and that one key was cracked and wrapped around with a scotch tape. I demanded another key, on which the sales manager Abbas Asalati ripped already signed agreement out of my hands yelling that there is no deal anymore and walked away with the contract. I don't take this kind of behavior from anybody, so I just turned around and walked away, while I was walking away, another salesperson Ahmad Nasiry ran after me and gave me written a proof that I can have a spare key made at Serramonte ford and gave me back my contract. And I went home... If one would think this is the end of the story, not even close. The very next day I've got the call from the general manager of Fremont Ford-Michael Pollom stating that since this is a commercial purchase the interest rate cannot be 2.99% and should be 4.5%, on which I asked him why he didn't tell me about this before and why he agreed on the deal 4 times on four separate occasions that the deal is already approved? Also, I told him that another dealership already approved me for this interest and I just made a deal with them without any problem. Michael Pollom said that he is sorry that he can't make this deal and he will have to pick up the car unless I would resign the contract with the higher interest and of course, higher payment. I've refused to be hustled like that and gave the car up. I already negotiated another deal with another dealership, but ended up with damaged credit score, half a tank of gas, after driving to this horrific dealership, 5 hours wasted and a feeling of disgust inside. I have no clue, how these people are still in business. I intend to contact my attorney and make this complaint to every organization possible... STAY AWAY!!! RITA R. More
Horrible service from Financing to General Manager I purchased a certified used 2014 Ford Focus ST with extended warranty from Fremont Ford in July 2016. At the time time received great service, expect for sending me off with a car with a bad fuel purge valve(easy fix). On Saturday September 9 2017 I was involved in an accident and the vehicle was totaled. Monday, September 11, I received a call from the general manager, Michael Pollom. He told me he could help me get into another vehicle. I asked him to cancel the extended warranty and told him what I was interested in and told him to text me with some options.(I was working odd hours so this worked better for me. I also live 2 hours away so going in just to look and talk wasn't an option). He told me my insurance would deal canceling the extended warranty(this was a lie but I believed him). He got back to me that night to let me know they had vehicles on the lot the fit what I wanted. We discussed price a little bit, and although the price was more than what I was comfortable with, it was very competitive compared to other dealers. I explained what was going on with the payoff and insurance issues and asked how long he would be able to honor that price. That's where the service went down hill. I never received a response to anything after this point. My insurance claim made it to GAP and they needed the extended warranty to be cancelled and refunded before they could pay off the balance of the loan. My wife called the main dealer number and left a couple of messages(don't recall who, and never got a call back). I gave her the number to Michael. He called her back and got very rude with her, saying it takes 4 to 6 weeks to finalize. This issue with this, is at this time it had been 4 weeks since the date I originally asked him to cancel it, and still had not canceled it. I called him, no answer. Texted him, no response. I called the main number, and was transferred to someone in financing. As you would expect, no answer. I left a voicemail explaining I had been dealing with Michael and he was not cancelling the extended warranty and I needed to get it done. Again, no call back. My wife called Century VSC, the company that offers the extended warranty. She explained what was going on and was told to speak with Tiffany Shenave in financing. My wife called Tiffany and left a message. No call back. After calling Century back, they agreed to cancel the extended warranty without dealer approval due to lack of, well, anything at this point. We were told by Century that the 4-6 weeks in accurate, but a majority if that is on their end and Fremont Ford just needs to mail a check for the balance of the warranty to the bank. Today I made the 2 hour drive to Fremont Ford to speak with Michael face to face since he can't call, text or email back. Let just say he doesn't appreciate getting the same attitude that he gives to his customers. He is now saying it takes 6-8 weeks to cancel the warranty. I explained what Century told me, that it is 4-6 weeks and most of that is on their end. With that being complete all the dealer needs to do it cut the check. He told me it's 6-8 weeks just to process the check. The frustrating thing is, we are 2 days shy of 7 weeks from the date I asked him to cancel the warranty. And now he's telling me 6-8 weeks from the time Century canceled it, just to cut the check. This has been THE absolute worst service I have ever received. He is taking advantage of the fact that I am not local. He has had several chances to make this right but just flat out refuses to do his job. The first vehicle i purchase was roughly $20,000. And was ready to purchase another one closer to $30,000, within 14 months of each other. I have since purchased a 2017 Ford Focus ST with the 402a equipment package from Price Ford of Turlock. Beware of Fremont Ford. They will take care of you when it comes to getting you into a car, but when it comes to any type of issue, the chances of being taken care of are not likely. When multiple departments do not return phone calls, and the general manager does the exact same thing, along with outright lying, on multiple occasions, that's a sign that the customer means absolutely nothing.
