Absolute disappointing and stressful experience. I am speaking for my own experience, I know not everyone's experience will be the same but I am simply stating my own disappointing experience and abs I am speaking for my own experience, I know not everyone's experience will be the same but I am simply stating my own disappointing experience and absolute stress that Fremont Ford has put me through. Keep in mind that I work at a service department for a different car line so I generally know how the system works. My experience with the service department at Fremont Ford was rather disappointing and quite depressing. My car was in with Ford for about a month and a half. In this month and a half I was faced with poor communicative skills and tons of overpromising from my service advisor. I always had to make the initiative to contact my service advisor for updates on my car, something that should never have to happen. Service advisors should always be the first to communicate with the customer and keep providing updates frequently. On top of this, I was put through overpromising from my service advisor of when the parts would come in and when my car would be finished. It was extremely disappointing to find out that my car did not start getting worked on until the fourth week of my vehicle being with Fremont Ford. Considering my car being with Fremont Ford for a MONTH AND A HALF, you would think they would have the decency to offer a loaner vehicle. Nope. I asked and was denied. They were lucky that I am lenient and had a spare car at home, however not all customers will be in the same position. Upon finally getting my car back, I have found that there were discrete scratches on my vehicle from the detailing department. It was quite obvious that my car was rushed through detailing and scratched from the clay bar detail. It is very unfair to me because I did not even request for my car to be washed/detailed. I also told my service advisor about this, and once again I was denied and he refused to do anything about it. Lastly because of all of this I had hoped for them to accommodate and cover the last service that I needed to be done free of charge but once again I was denied. Through all of this, I tried to contact the Service Manager and even left voicemails but have still not received a call back. Therefore I have lost all hope with this dealership and have come to conclusion that Fremont Ford lacks the work ethic and moral decency to keep customers satisfied and pleased with their experience. Fremont Ford simply does not care for their customer. More

I am glad that my car was not stolen. Never went there again Update: I went back for unfinished car wash, Bradly and George was hiding my car key and not letting me know my car was done for more than an hour. I had been waiting and waiting until I heard someone stolen an expedition from their parking lot, and start wondering if that's my car. I went to the back and found out my car was done more that an hour ago. I wouldn't be surprised that someone can stole cars from them easily, considering this place is under this kind of management and with this kind of employees. This place is a joke. Dealership got to charge a much higher price because of the better service. I use to think that's fair until I met Bradly Maples at this dealership. he Is very unprofessional and know nothing about customer service. First he was trying to sell me the service of changing cabin filter then found out my car doesn't even have one. Then I waited one hour and forty minutes for the shuttle. The service of this dealer sucks as well. Bradly promised that my car will be done before 11:30. Which didn't and I have to came back the second time to wash the car. Just don't promise something you cannot deliver, how hard is that? If I know that ahead of time, I would make a different arrangements for my schedule. While waiting for the stupid shuttle, I saw other advisors kept checking on their customers, kept them updated with the status and apologized for the delay. Bradly did nothing but sitting in his office. I had to go and ask him. The car wasn't finished until 12pm which is 30 minutes late and I have to came back for the included car wash. Bradly don't even pretend to care. When I came back for the car wash, I parked my car at the drive way for more than half hour and not even one employee came and ask if I need help. This place sucks. I use to go to capital ford until I recently moved to this area. Capital ford is great. I would rather went 30 minutes more there next time. With this kind of service and unprofessional employee I highly doubt that they would sell their cars honestly. I would highly suggest you guys find somewhere else to buy your car. More

During the process of the sale, from start to the end, they were able to make sure that I understood everything that I was signing and that any concerns that I have were answered clearly. The whole process were handed to me with multiple options to make the final decisions and I was not rushed. Their service was way better than other dealers I've visited in the past. Here, they put the customers first and meets all the criteria that the customers required within good reason. More
