My mother bought a Ford Mach E from Fremont Ford. Her tire got a nasty razor blade in it and she had to get her tire replaced. When we went to pick up the car it looked like it had bee stored in a shed, cobwebs on it, obviously they didn't clean it. I guess with the supply chain being hurt it also takes away from the dignity of Fremont Ford. I hope the other dealerships are not this way as well. More

Always mark your tyres b4 taking it for oil change. I took in 2 separate vehicles within a month and they never rotated the tires as per my request. Ordered custom Mach-E from Fremont Ford. Two weeks before the car arrived I was told on the phone that they would not charge a markup since it’s a custom order. When I went to pick up the car they added a 10 the car arrived I was told on the phone that they would not charge a markup since it’s a custom order. When I went to pick up the car they added a 10K markup. After a 7 month wait I had to walk away. For them to think it's ok to charge a person who waited that long the same price as a random walk-in is ridiculous. Do not trust this dealership, and do not pay markup. Do your research and find another dealership. Such a waste of time! More
Customer service is horrible car was in shop over 14 days was not provided a loaner car or rental car which is covered under warranty. Couldnt reach anybody in the service department, no one reach out to kee was not provided a loaner car or rental car which is covered under warranty. Couldnt reach anybody in the service department, no one reach out to keep me updated. These people are extremely rude and arrogant. Oh and my car was mis diagnosed after paying a deductible to only return my car within a week because problems was not fixed. My experience here has not been pleasant at all. More
