We continue to go there for service - usually a frustrating experience because it usually takes 3-5 hours! The good news there used to be that their shuttle would take you to the mall and we could have lunch and take care of some shopping. This time - no shuttle! However, the oil change only took 90 minutes. Every time we have gone there - a new service advisor!!! This time, Julio was THE BEST! There has to be something going on there - new service advisors every six months; no cars lined up this time for service; shuttle gone! Might be time to try a dealer in San Jose before it’s time to purchase a new car. More

I decided to fill a online booking form which worked but I wasnt sure what option to click on so I tried to contact a rep via chat and realized she was booking me again on the same form which wasn't a big help. Lastly I waited for someone to call me as she said, but no call. So, I decided to call which they helped fix my booking options. Service and maintenance went smoothly. I would have to give 5 stars to all the guys working in the maintenance building. More
