Long wait, no communication on status, work not complete Latest service (oil change, tire rotation, nail in tire) was not timely since it took the entire day. When I was finally able to speak with someone on the phone I was informed that the service had been done...who knows for how long. When picking up the vehicle, it was obvious the tires had not been rotated since the tire with the nail had been marked but was still in the same location. The nail had been pulled. Doubtful the brakes were actually checked and unsure if the rest of the work was actually completed. More

We are in the process of CDJR Lemon lawing my Jeep Compass. Other then the original sales guy it was by far was one of the worst experiences I have ever had.
