Sales Team is great Service is not. Brought my Fusion in for service in September of 2019 for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation. Invoice #304633. I was told when picking up the car that my battery was showing signs of weakness as well as my rear brakes are at the yellow tabs and recommended to replace them. In December I brought the Fusion into my regular Mechanic who works on my other vehicles for 17 years, for an Oil Change. After doing a load test on the battery it was at 94% and the rear brakes were measured to be ready for a service in 10,000 miles. For fun the drain plug was stripped from the previous Oil Change at Fremont Ford. Last week I had a scheduled appointment for a Ford recall, Invoice # 311620 and I had an check engine light come on the Sunday Night before the Scheduled Monday's Appointment. The recall was performed and on Thursday afternoon I was notified the vehicle was ready for pickup. I was told during this 4 day period I did not qualify for a loaner. I mentioned to the Sales/Fleet Manager, poor service, is a good reason not to come back and purchase other vehicles from his sales group. More
