I talked to Ty O'Neal, Service Advisor, who got my pick-up right in (this was on a saturday at about 1:30 pm - I have never heard of a GM service department being opened at this time and it was open until 5:00 pm). They dIagnosed what was wrong, Ty explained in detail what had happened, Shane Perry, Parts Consultant, had the necessary part in stock to fix it, the mechanics installed the part and I was back on the road within a short time. GM and Freemont Chevrolet should be extremely proud of these two gentlemen and their fine mechanics that made a bad day turn completely around into a wonderful experience. Oh yes, the mechanics even washed the vehicle, cleaned the inside, and even took out sandburs that got stuck in the tires at the break-down site. Your dealership has my highest recommendation, and should be used as a model for all other GM dealerships to follow or at least to attempt to model themselves after. WELL-DONE BY ALL!!! More

When we arrived at the dealership, both of the vehicles we were interested in were waiting in front of the dealership of us to look at. Needless to say, we had a very good experience. We were able to negotiate a good deal on the purchase of the Impala, and Fremont Chevrolet took care of the paper work while went and took care of other needs around town. I felt my time was valued and I didn't have to spend the better part of a day at the dealership trying to buy a new car. Very Satisfied. More

Pleasant but as expected I was extremely clear about what I wanted when I came in. I felt dismayed at the process. All the trips to the "back room". making a big sales pitch o I was extremely clear about what I wanted when I came in. I felt dismayed at the process. All the trips to the "back room". making a big sales pitch out of car wax and oil changes. These extras are nice but not huge selling points. As I was reluctant the deal kept getting better. This undermines my confidence in the system. Why was the best deal not the first deal. Perhaps this is just what it has always been ....sales. My budget is more serious than "falling in love" with a car that does not fit it. I am extremely practical. Payments are important but the bottom line is still the bottom line. I have a reliable car I believe but the process was painful. I only write this so you can be aware of the impact this has on a customer. More
