Refused to confirm when asked if vehicle would be sold at MSRP or with a mark-up. Apparently they also add dealer added add-ons that are way marked up. Before I came, I called Jerry ( Jesus is off today) to went over on the phone with what both parties expected. I'm coming to get the car. We did try testing drive and very excited signing the paper and driving home. Here is ugly part and unprofessional taking place. They said there is no car I wanted in the stock. They are mistaken the car I tested 2019, but it's 2020 and they can't sell it with the option I have chosen. I just wanted to laugh into their face. We were back and forth in 2 days mentioned about 2019, Camry SE with the options I chose and agreed with the price and asked me coming down, let me test drive and turned around saying that there is no car in the stock???? When we came there and sign everything and come out, they said they don't have it in storage, they have to order it. They tell us to call and check if it's arrived, when we called the seller Dari, he told us to call parts and service, we did the same thing Dari told us, but the parts and service have no idea what are we talking about. I feel like they scamming you into buying the car and then not giving you the stuff was promise and then you got the car and there's no way to return it. After that we've been calling Dari a few times but he didn't pick up the phone. More
