Went in for service for the first time to get 25K service. Thought that included an oil change. They told me it was not required for another 5k BUT DID IT ANYWAY and charged me for it. I had my Camry Toyota scheduled for service on March 4, 2022. I was greeted and attended to right away by Carlos Cardoza. He showed me what needed to be done and explained each item to me. It was not a long wait, unlike another dealership that I’ve frequented in the past. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service rendered. I will definitely return to this dealership for my next service.
