Really need t service. Thought that included an oil change. They told me it was not required for another 5k BUT DID IT ANYWAY and charged me for it. Really need to work on communication guys. Everyone was friendly and the place was clean. Oh, they told me it won't take long at 7:30 am and gave my truck back at 9:30.... wow. also,, they did PREMIUM service.. I think it could have been less expensive non premium service but they did not ask or explain. More
My wife and I stopped by Freeway Toyota to take a look at there New 2025 Camrys. That’s where we meet Johnny Browse a salesman, to make a long story short he found the exact car we was looking for and we mad there New 2025 Camrys. That’s where we meet Johnny Browse a salesman, to make a long story short he found the exact car we was looking for and we made a deal and purchased a 2025 Camry SE. Johnny’s a great sales person he was very helpful throughout the process as well as Dealership staff. I would suggest if your looking for a new or used Toyota you stop be Freeway Toyota and see Johnny Browse. More
Worse place to do business with, please listen and previous experience avoid this place if you can. They'll over charge and markup their prices like you have no idea. previous experience avoid this place if you can. They'll over charge and markup their prices like you have no idea. More
I had my Camry Toyota scheduled for service on March 4, 2022. I was greeted and attended to right away by Carlos Cardoza. He showed me what needed to be done and explained each item to me. I waited from 10 2022. I was greeted and attended to right away by Carlos Cardoza. He showed me what needed to be done and explained each item to me. I waited from 10:30am to 2:30pm. It was not a long wait, unlike another dealership that I’ve frequented in the past. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service rendered. I will definitely return to this dealership for my next service. The customer service was horrible. I’ve had many interactions with Toyota Dealerships and this is by far the worst. I felt like the salesman did not want to show us around and was so hesitant. interactions with Toyota Dealerships and this is by far the worst. Refused to confirm when asked if vehicle would be sold at MSRP or with a mark-up. Apparently they also add dealer added add-ons that are way marked up. You can turn a $48k msrp Sienna into a $60k+ Sienna bef MSRP or with a mark-up. Apparently they also add dealer added add-ons that are way marked up. You can turn a $48k msrp Sienna into a $60k+ Sienna before tax, license, and fees. xxxx poor way of doing business. They try to get potential customers to go into the dealership, so they can “discount” a few thousand dollars after they marked it up by at least $10k. Feels good to save money, but it’s not saving money when they marked it up by 5-digits first. More
Not likely to continue with this dealership. I guess when there's a vehicle shortage, sales people tend to play to their strong position. Customer acquisition isn't high on their priority. So, that being said, I'd be highly unlikely to continue my inquiries with this dealership.. More
