Buyer Beware My husband and I had the absolute worst experience with this dealership. They sold us a certified pre-owned truck that was a piece of junk from day on My husband and I had the absolute worst experience with this dealership. We had it in for repair about every two months in the 1.5 years we owned it, and when we went in to Freeway Ford to inquire why there were so many problems with a so-called "certified vehicle", they gave us a bunch of lines and tried to kick my husband out of the dealership because he was angry. Of course he was angry; we paid top dollar for a piece of junk!!! The GM and sales manager both spoke with us about the issues at one point and neither was willing to take the truck back, despite all the issues we had with it. Thank God we bought the extended warranty, or we'd be out about $9000. Eventually we gave up on this place, traded the piece of junk for a new truck with the help of a better, friendly, customer-oriented Ford dealership, and we will NEVER work Freeway Ford again! More

My husband has brain trauma from an accident that happen 3 months ago, ran his truck off a 125ft cliff in winter park! He has No job, no income and isn't allowed to drive per law and doctor orders! My husband doesnt understand that he has No Money and can't afford this, and doeant accept that he can't drive! He came to purchase a truck I called them from CO since that's where we live! while my husband moved to Mn for couple months to his parents while his aggression gets better! I explained DO NOT sell the truck to him he puts other lives in danger when his drives! He is on meds! He has No money to pay for the truck nor a job! And guess what still sold him the truck and told me that there not liable if anything happens to him or the truck and this was the sales manager who told me this! Husband came back 2 weeks later to return it and they didn't accept the truck back!! Karma will bite u in the xxx and I hope very soon! All u cared was for the sale! We have a 5 month old baby and a 3 year old! Thank u so much for your dam help of putting my family into even further financial burdens!! More

NOT a Quick Lane! I purchased my Ford Edge at this dealership. I appreciated the sales process and really like the vehicle. Having regular service done here is a different story. I don't blame the service managers or the technicians. The process, however, is very flawed. You cannot schedule regular service. You have to show up and take your chances that there are not several vehicles ahead of yours. The key is to get here very early in the morning... Or so I thought! I arrived this morning at 7:15. The service rep told me they wouldn't be able to start for about 15 minutes because they didn't have techs in yet. This is the worst service process I have ever experienced. I cringe every time I need an oil change (I purchased a service contract when I bought the car). I really question whether I will purchase another vehicle here because of this faulty service process. He also said that he would go by KBB pricing instead of other pricing. I drove all the way there because this person emailed me telling me he could do all of this stuff for me and i get there and he has his boss drive it and gives me the keys and says sorry we cant help you out at all and we wont give you the special either. So I drove 45 minutes to a dealership where an employee told me he would help me do something and didn't t follow through with it at all it was the worst customer service i have every had. I felt like it was a joke and felt spit on. More

Great sales experience for out of town buyer I live in Fargo and recently purchased a used vehicle from Freeway Ford in Bloomington which I found on their website. I worked with Saad initially o I live in Fargo and recently purchased a used vehicle from Freeway Ford in Bloomington which I found on their website. I worked with Saad initially over the phone and he was very responsive to my questions. I had a friend that lives near the dealership schedule a test drive to scout the vehicle out for me. Saad was extremely helpful in setting that up around my friends schedule even though this meant he needed to share this sale with a coworker in sales due to a conflict in his schedule. Duane picked it up at that point and was great to work with during the test drive and making the sale over the phone. Freeway Ford was fair in their price and the sale went smoothly. As an "out of towner" they even helped me pick up the vehicle by having Saad shuttle me to the dealership after I was able to catch a ride on a business trip to downtown Minneapolis. Saad was friendly, professional, and made the car buying experience a breeze. I would recommend Freeway Ford to anyone that's in the car market...Thanks guys! More
