I loved the personal service and how easy they made it for me! The whole experience from beginning to end was exceptional top notch service. My sales person, Bill Campbell, was extremely helpful and made sure I was very comfortable in knowing how everything worked in my vehicle even before I left the lot. I've had the vehicle for a couple days and he follows up to be sure I am still 100% satisfied. It truly was a GREAT experience and Bill did a fantastic job making it so easy for me to refer friends to him and Freeway Ford. Thanks again for all you did in making my car buying experience so great! I would rate them 5 stars! More

I was in and out within minutes when I dropped my car off, got a ride back to my work with a very nice driver! Car was ready earlier then promised. I was given a review of other needed repairs and no unnecessary repairs were listed. When I picked up the car, again was in and out within minutes and car was driven up to the door, I didn't have to walk around locating the car. Follow-ups via phone and email were good but maybe overly necessary. More

Disappointed Parents were pressured into putting money down on a used car. Later decided to get money back after running vehicle history report and finding out ve Parents were pressured into putting money down on a used car. Later decided to get money back after running vehicle history report and finding out vehicle was in an accident. I contacted the salesperson to give him the information we found and he harassed me by email sending me 5 emails within 2 hours, each email getting progressively more aggressive. He also called my father 3 times within that timeframe. Next day I complained to the general manager about the harassment and provided him copies of the emails. The general manager saw no issue with the aggressiveness of the emails. They finally did refund the money, but not before they "accidently" charged the deposit a second time. More
worst dealership I bought a F150 from them. when I took possession I told the salesman I wanted new tires because the ones that were on it were cracked and chewed up I bought a F150 from them. when I took possession I told the salesman I wanted new tires because the ones that were on it were cracked and chewed up. we back to the dealership the next day and some service guys comes out and measure how much tread is on the tires and there excuse for the chewed up tread was that they were aggressive tires. The second thing is finally drove the truck after dark only to find out I had no working tail lights just brake lights. So far a nice truck but I will never step foot in that place again. this place completely ruined my buying experience. I know they made good money off me and couldn't even pay for new tires More
