I was figuring out how to get a ride & rent a ca Brought my Explorer in without an appointment & was told they were booked for the rest of the week. I was figuring out how to get a ride & rent a car when Tyler said he’d look at it first. What they found was a battery issue, and Tyler said they could replace the battery for me pretty much right away. While I waited, they found another part that had been eaten away by battery acid, and they replaced that too. They also replaced the batteries in both of my key fobs.. I was back out in about an hour and a half, and the cost was reasonable- much less than I was worried i’d have to spend. Tyler was VERY helpful & polite. I am extremely happy with my service & grateful to Tyler. More
