Very Little Effort to speed the process My vehicle was initially mis-diagnosed by the service department, which resulted in it taking about three weeks to do what should have taken no more t My vehicle was initially mis-diagnosed by the service department, which resulted in it taking about three weeks to do what should have taken no more than three days. Lots of excuses, very little communication and now I finally have it back and do not believe they correctly fixed my car. There is MUCH more road noise that there used to be and the wheels seem to vibrate once you get on the freeway. Nothing like what it drove like in the past. Very disappointing experience. More

Back Door Lock - A mystery why it wouldn't lock! My Escape had an issue with the locking system for the back hatch. Tyler was diligent in trying to figure out why the door wouldn't latch.
