We were greeted and shown the area to view the models they had available and they were able to answer any initial questions we had. We were taken care of by Bobby from the test drive to the final sale. The process was long, but not unusual for car shopping. Because of the delays we were offered to have dinner across the street and they would cover the tab. I have never been offered that before and was surprised and very pleased. Throughout we were introduced to various managers and executives and all were very friendly and courteous. This is the best car buying experience I have ever had and would highly recommend them just on customer service alone, but the price was also great. Warranty Recall Received a letter from Ford about a warranty recall on the rear suspension toe link on my 2017 Explorer. When I brought the car in, Dean, the service Received a letter from Ford about a warranty recall on the rear suspension toe link on my 2017 Explorer. When I brought the car in, Dean, the service advisor explained to me I was a week early from my scheduled appointment, but not to worry he could fit me in. Due to this, it took a bit longer than it would have, but I was happy to be fit in and have it done. He also explained that if they found my wheels out of alignment, they could do the alignment for about half price than if I had it done at a later time. I gave him permission to go ahead with that also. Car was done on time and it drives great with the alignment. More

Two tires were not there as promised. I brought my SUV in Monday at 7 and the service department was very, very busy. I needed two new front tires and they were to be ordered and in stock I brought my SUV in Monday at 7 and the service department was very, very busy. However, when I arrived, the tires were not in and I had to come back two hours later. Again the service desk was unusually busy and congested. No big deal but, I have always had quicker service than this. More
