Repeat Repairs Stemming From Warranty Had to bring my car back for the second time since a massive warranty repair was done on the engine approximately 2,000 miles ago. When I called, an appointment was set for Wednesday but the rep spent time trying to sell me new tires rather than completing the appointment booking so I lost my spot and had to be seen the next day. Rental car was promised when I arrived but not ready. Was told the problem was not covered by warranty even though it was clearly connected to the engine work previously. Still waiting for service manger to call to discuss problem. I used to always rate Freeway 5 stars but the quality of work has significantly dropped over the past 12 months More
Really Quick Service Once in the Service Bay I arrived at Freeway Ford Quick Lane Service 10 minutes to 7 am on a cold Friday morning because my "Low Coolant, Service Required" light came on and I arrived at Freeway Ford Quick Lane Service 10 minutes to 7 am on a cold Friday morning because my "Low Coolant, Service Required" light came on and I didn't want to take any chances with engine trouble for ignoring the light. Big Mistake!! There were already over 6 vehicles ahead of me. Although Colleen and the other service rep were processing us quickly, my vehicle didn't make it into the service bay until about 8:30 am but the service tech quickly took care of the coolant problem and an oil change and I was out of there before 9:15 am. I was disappointed I had to wait longer than normal but know Mondays and Fridays are not the best days to bring in a vehicle and expect a quick turnaround. More

He was very patient and knowledgeable, thoroughly explaining the options and differences in the vehicle I was considering, which helped me find the perfect car. Barry strives to make sure you are a happy customer walking out his door, each and every time you come in. Fernando in finance also did an awesome job for me. He had everything ready to go and all perfectly in order which helped the process go very smoothly. He explained the warranty and other available options clearly and was not pushing me to buy something I did not want. He was very professional. More
