I just dropped in without an appointment, due to battery problems and my vehicle was taken in a quickly and serviced in a timely fashion. The battery was still under warranty, the electrical system was che problems and my vehicle was taken in a quickly and serviced in a timely fashion. My wife went to the Accessories Dept. to order leather seats for my 2500HD. Mark was very professional and assisted her in picking out just the right thing. The service department are liars, they do not listen, they give you the run around, they have you waiting for hours without giving you any updates. The manager is very careless and does not seem to have they give you the run around, they have you waiting for hours without giving you any updates. The manager is very careless and does not seem to have any customer service skills at all. I stayed 6 hours because my radio was not getting any signal, while they found out, I never had an antenna installed, hmmmm....6 hours to determine that? I do not recommend this service department to anyone. Beware...they are really not listening to the consumer. More
