I brought my Chevy HHR (bought at Freeway Chevroled in October 2009) in for service as I had intermittently been hearing what sounded like a liquid sloshing noise emanating from the right side of the vehi October 2009) in for service as I had intermittently been hearing what sounded like a liquid sloshing noise emanating from the right side of the vehicle. After a test drive by one of your employees it was found that a styrofoam ice chest in the trunk was rattling around and causing the noise, along with a loose license plate. Did I feel dumb, or what??? Chris explained the cause of the noise to me, took me for a drive so I could hear the noise had stopped with the removal of the styrofoam box, and never once treated me like a total idiot. Very diplomatic of him, and appreciated by me a lot. Now my vehicle is noise-free. Thank you, Chris! P.S. I love my HHR! More

Mr. Alameda is my service manager person, and he is one of the best personal on the top of everything service that I have ever dealt with at any car dealership. Had a early day, was in need of a LOF, stopped in and was greeted and told no waiting. So now I have one less thing to do on Saturday morning, can spend more free time at home.
