No worries though, Connie hooked us right up and our car was taken care of while we walked & shopped the mall, courtesy of your shuttle service and Chuck. While we were there we took advantage of your 15,000 mile service tune up - and of course that could always be less expensive in a consumer's mind. What a lovely surprise though that you cleaned and washed my "Great Pumpkin" HHR! Thank you. It's a wonderful little car and I'm always getting comments on it. I recommend your dealership ALL the time. Now I'll recommend your service department as well since you have such a great, smiling staff. It was worth the drive from Casa Grande. One recommendation however; please encourage Chuck, the shuttle driver, to inform all passengers as soon as he meets them, that as a courtesy he closes the door automatically so it doesn't embarrass the rider. (I failed to notice the sign on the opposite side of the van and probably embarrassed my husband when I asked him to close the side door). I came in for an OIL change--Monday 5-17-2010. Now for the Third time I have to bring back my vehicle to be cleaned--DUE TO GREASE on the DRIVERS SEAT, DRIVERS DOOR, PASSENGER DOOR HANDLE, & DOOR GUAR the Third time I have to bring back my vehicle to be cleaned--DUE TO GREASE on the DRIVERS SEAT, DRIVERS DOOR, PASSENGER DOOR HANDLE, & DOOR GUARDS STEP! I have better things to do than having to make secondary/third trips to the dealership in order to get the vehicle cleaned up! You might want to stress to the mechanics clean your hands and feet before getting into the vehicles! This not only happens from the mechanics but also with the washing crew! As they are wiping down the vehicles they leave greasey finger prints on the steering wheel and inside door panels! This might not show on all vehicles--BUT I have a LIGHT CAMEL INTERIOR and IT SHOWS!!! MS. Farar More
I had expected to pay for all of the service. Some of which turned out to be warranty. I was pleantly surprised. Connie was very helpful explaining what was warranty and fit me in for the recommended m which turned out to be warranty. I was pleantly surprised. Roger has been my service advisor for several years now. This time, like every time, he keeps me fully informed of the work needed, the cost, the schedule, and when the shuttle will be available. He anticipates my vehicles repair needs as well as solves the presenting problem. At this visit I needed a switch replaced on the driver's side for the passenger window. I phoned him ahead of time to verify this repair was covered by extended warranty. When the part arrived he phoned me and scheduled the service. After having my car reviewed he phoned again with more recommendations that I gratefully agreed to have repaired. These were problems I had been dimmly aware of but had not thought to take care of them. Roger saved me much time and frustration with his professionalism. Not only is Roger an excellent service advisor, he is a quality human being having shared tidbits about his boys through the years. Chuck is always professional in driving the shuttle. He considers all the passengers'needs and the route carefully. This repair he brought me back to the dealership for picking-up my car instead of making me ride to Maricopa for the rest of his passengers. I live three and one-half miles from the dealership. My husband is handicapped with degenerative illnesses. Roger and Chuck seem more like family in their support of us by doing their jobs so well. More

My visit was perfect. Chris smiled the entire time. I don't remember all of the names of the personnel I was in contact with, but the person who helped me into my car with my wheelchair smiled, the cashi don't remember all of the names of the personnel I was in contact with, but the person who helped me into my car with my wheelchair smiled, the cashier even at closing smiled, Chuck in Parts smiled & so helpful. The problem that I encountered was that while I had taken my car in for an oil change, they also needed to replace the 'bow tie' on the back door. We said that we would wait for the car, thinking that it wo my car in for an oil change, they also needed to replace the 'bow tie' on the back door. We said that we would wait for the car, thinking that it wouldn't take long. After waiting 2 hours, we inquired as to when the car would be done and were then informed that the whole back door needed to be dismantled to change the bow tie and it was taking longer than they anticipated. We were told that it would be at least another 45 minutes before it was done. In all, it took 4 hours and the only time we were able to get any information was when we inquired - no one came to us to explain the situation or to apologize for the wait. Had we known it would take so long we would have brought another car with us so that we could run the errands that we had to run. Instead, we spent half the day unexpectedly sitting at the dealer with nothing to do. I also just received notice that another part came in that needs to be replaced - first I have heard anything about that! There was something on the receipt about a cracked handle, but no indication that it hadn't been fixed while we were there and no one talked to us about it. How long will it take to replace this new part? I am not prepared to spend another 4 hours at the dealership... More
Roger has remembered my first request from day one! "My wife doe not want to talk to you; all she wants to do is drop the vehicle off, get a ride back to work and discuss the repairs with my husband." Roger has done just that followed my requests and let me know if repairs were a safety issue or if they could be held off for financial reasons. Roger is a credit to Freeway and Chevrolet.
