Outstanding service as usual for this place. I bought my truck here and will buy my next one here. Unfortunately for Chevy I like my truck so much you will have to wait about another 5+ years or someone to truck here and will buy my next one here. Unfortunately for Chevy I like my truck so much you will have to wait about another 5+ years or someone to steal or wreck it before I buy another. GM's price for quality:) The attitude of all employees is outstanding. I bought my truck just before the big recession and the attitude of everyone then was incredibly admirable. No frowns, no sunken heads. The enthusiasm now is overwelming. I spoke to a mechanic in the waiting area for about 15 min and could feel his pride and optimism for the future. He spoke of current and new products like he developed them himself. I frequently trade stocks and without a doubt will be investing in GM when their public offering takes place. As I waited for my truck to be serviced Raul kept me up to date on the works progress. If I win the Power Ball and start a business I will certainly make him a work offer so I hope you pay him well.Efficiency wise it felt more like a doctors office than a vehicle service department. Everything was completed to specification. While in the waiting room sales people and other employees stopped by to check on all the people waiting. The waiting area was very accommodating also. I have owned a ford in the past and currently at work must drive one on occasion. THEY SUCK. within the 1st month of receiving the ford, buttons broke, door pieces became loosened and nothing was convieniently laid out in the cockpit area like in the Chevys'. I always heard that on the average people who experience good service tell only an average of 4 people and when receive poor service they tell about 20. I will certainly attept to reverse those averages. Brian Warren I often check your web page and am happy to see you still post real photos and update regularly your inventory. It helped me choose your dealership. Stock photos don't cut it. More

The service representative is Roger Young and he's very friendly and satisfied all of my requests. It's nice that the vehicle was always washed before returned the vehicle to the owner. I also had some good experience with the GM Roadside Assistance adn they promptly scheduled a tow truck when I needed it. Overall, my experience with Freeway Chevrolet and GM ingeneral was pleasant. Each time I visit this dealership everyone is very friendly and positive in how they talk and deal with me, and how I see them work with each other. If I am waiting, someone else generally asks if I h friendly and positive in how they talk and deal with me, and how I see them work with each other. If I am waiting, someone else generally asks if I have been helped already and seem to be ready to help if needed. More
I have moved from Gilbert to Buckeye and even though Freeway is a LONG way from home now, I trust Chris and will still continue to take my truck to him for all major and minor fixes, maintenance, etc. Freeway is a LONG way from home now, I trust Chris and will still continue to take my truck to him for all major and minor fixes, maintenance, etc. Oil changes, I'll do closer to home, but if they "find" something, it will NOT be taken care of there. I will take it to Chris!! More

Mark Cleveland greeted me within 20 seconds of me pulling up. He asked me a few basic questions before I had an opprtunity to get out of the car. As he looked inside the car, he asked me about my interior ai up. He asked me a few basic questions before I had an opprtunity to get out of the car. As he looked inside the car, he asked me about my interior air filter and mentioned that I may be due for a filter change. As he came around the other side, he removed the glove box (I didn't know it was removable), and showed me the filter. He also showed me that it was truly time to be repaced, especially since it may affect the interior air quality during the summer. WOW!!!! I am admitttedly a girl's girl & know little about cars outside of basic maintenance. But Mark made me feel OK about not knowing such a minor, yet imporatant situation. Who does that nowadays?? Then when the service was complete, Eddie Alameda came out and says "I knew I recognized that car!! Glad to see you again, how are you doing today??". He greeted me, shook my hand and gave me a genuine smile as he went over what was done. Even though I came in for a Quick Lube, Eddie ALWAYS gives me a brief overview of the service performed as we walk to the payment area. Eddie also mentioned that Mark noticed that my hazard light button (I'm sure that's not the real name of it) was faulty and that it was still under warrrantee and should be checked on as soon as possible. Now that has been an issue for a few months and I TOTALLY forgot to mention it the last time I came in for a Quick Lube (3 months ago)& also for this visit. GREAT CATCH!!!! Eddie proceeded to remind me of the service area hours and also mentioned the service van could drop me off @ work, fix the situation and then pick me up when it was finished. I have worked in the service industry for over 15 years and it is very RARE to find people that actually care about what they do and take the extra steps to make sure the customer is comfortable & informed. Now in the 21 months since I bought my car @ Freeway Chevrolet, I have been back many times for oil changes, routine maintenance, dead battery, etc...and have had good, timely work done in a professional manner, but this last visit was by far THE best I have experienced. It was good to see a familiar face (Eddie), and great to know that with all the changes car dealerships have faced, Freeway has made the effort to hire, train & retain quality, caring service staff. Went to the service department and waited for the 15,000 mile check up for my Silverado. Waited in the lobby and Eddie came back and said he was gonna get me a car rental and I had planned a camping trip t mile check up for my Silverado. Waited in the lobby and Eddie came back and said he was gonna get me a car rental and I had planned a camping trip to use my truck. Eddie came back and told me that they had dented my driver side door. Boy was I pissed!!! And the rental offered me a tiny car. I declined the car and took my truck instead. I returned on Tuesday the 29th of June, for them to fix my door. I really hope they replace the door because it is twisted and bent. Also, the front bumper on the left side lifted close to the headlight. I am really upset, that I had to get a rental and use a tiny truck. I have plans for the weekend and not returning until the 6th of July. It really sucks that I have to use a rental. Very UPSET at the technicians who are suppose to be ASE certified! More
I have been bringing my Chvrolet vehicles to Freeway because I want the job done right. I trust in factory service. When issues arise they are taken care of. Raul did a great job in assessing my A/C p because I want the job done right. I trust in factory service. When issues arise they are taken care of. Raul did a great job in assessing my A/C problem and was able to save me considerable money in identifying an alternate repair solution. It took a few days to locate parts and get it done, but, it was worth the wait. A/C works great. Pete Ferralli More
Chris is an excellent service advisor, demonstrated by his willingness to listen. At no point did I get the feeling that I was being sold something that was not needed. However, he was very good at presenting options of service that I should be considering. It is exactly that style that gives me confidence to turn over those decisions to Chris. More
