I was greeted promptly. I asked for the service consultant who happened to Connie Klaver. I had never met her before but had spoken to her on the phone to set the appointment needed to perform the consultant who happened to Connie Klaver. I went in for an oil change and was asked if I have been there before and I said yes plus I purchased my truck there. At the end of it all I went to get my ticket and just happened to ask if they did like l there before and I said yes plus I purchased my truck there. At the end of it all I went to get my ticket and just happened to ask if they did like last time and used full synthetic and he said no, we used conventional oil. I was a little upset since he pointed out to me on the computer that I indeed used full synthetic from my last visit. In the future, just be sure to ask what the customer wants and to double check your records as well. More

Excellent Service. In and out on a Saturday morning within 30 minutes to to remove the Heated Window Fluid System (HWFS) per the Recall Notice. I still need to submit for the reimbursement of the remo within 30 minutes to to remove the Heated Window Fluid System (HWFS) per the Recall Notice. Everyone is always friendly and courteous. Working full time it was nice to know I could get my tahoe's 30K tune up on a Saturday. I love getting a newly washed car when your team is done. Had the car in for repairs for the transmission and A?C. Agent found A/C overcharged. The transmission is hard to get out of park and takers quite a bit of pressure to free it up.
