Came in with a warranty issue on my 1-year old Chevy. Connie did an excellent job, took the car in, got me a ride home, called when car was ready, all in a very reasonable amount of time. I had to have my Power Steering motor replaced due to the GM Recall. I called the freeway chevrolet dealer and asked if it would be a problem having my car fixed there since it wasn't purchased at the deale GM Recall. I called the freeway chevrolet dealer and asked if it would be a problem having my car fixed there since it wasn't purchased at the dealer, and they stated there was no issue. I was able to schedule a time for the following day, drop my car off and get it fixed, washed, and vacuumed for free. It was Hassle free and stress free. I will definitely recommend it to a friend with the friendliness of Connie and the efficiency of the crew that fixed my car. More
This service visit was a follow-up to my 6,000 mile preventative maintenance appointment I had last month. As always, Craig was extremely professional and thorough during that appointment. He ran my VIN number and determined there was a minor recall on my vehicle so he wanted me to bring it back in when he had the parts so they could repair it for me. Had grease left on floor mat and door after I got my vechile back from repair, also old water bottle was left in cup holder. Otherwise I have been happy with the customer service recieved.
