Although I am not in the market for a new vehicle at this time, I will certainly expand my search to Freeway Chevrolet once the day arrives in expectation the sales staff will meet the same high standards as the service staff. I took my 2009 Cobalt sedan (purchased at Freeway in February 2009) into the service department for basic maintenance and to check a recall. Originally I was going to do the Maintenance I package, but I February 2009) into the service department for basic maintenance and to check a recall. Originally I was going to do the Maintenance I package, but I chose to do the 15,000 mile service instead. It was a little more than I was planning to spend ($200 vs $50), but was much more thorough (and for the amount of work done, I suppose it is a reasonable price). I wish they had sat down and given me a more thorough breakdown of what the 15k package included. But overall, I was very happy with the service. I dropped my car off around 5pm on a Tuesday, and picked it up the next day at the same time. When I said I didn't have alternate transportation, they gave me a loaner car for the night at no charge. This made me very happy and very likely to recommend Freeway. I also mentioned that my window and door lock was working intermittently, and they checked it out all at the same time. They fixed the door electronics problem without any additional charge, since the car is still under warranty (which I did not realize). So between the quality maintenance, the fact that they had no problem checking out a few extra things (like the door lock), and the no-charge loaner car, I was very happy with the service. I have gone to Freeway in the past only for oil changes, but I will definitely continue going to Freeway for my car's service in the future. More
As always, your Service Department delivered with flying colors. I had various maintenance items that I needed addressed and the performance of your shop was flawless as usual. Bought 2006 mazda 3 with GM extended warranty at this dealership in 2008. Every service experience has not beeen good. Poor communication is the basis for all displeasurable experiences. On 12/19 had car dealership in 2008. Every service experience has not beeen good. Poor communication is the basis for all displeasurable experiences. On 12/19 had car towed due to electrical problems, wouldn't start, technician could not duplicate; so they removed an after market alarm and said that should reduce the draw and be okay. When drove home the car sound system was not working properly; upon returning next day was told to come back at 12 when the technician would return from lunch. Car now runs significantly different than when it was running before on 12/19. I am concerned that your dealership won't sub out the work to Mazda when it can't with 100% confidence say they've resolved our issue and I am not pleased that they would let me pay the service fee and drive off with the sound system not working properly. Paying for a service check up at a mazda dealership would satisfy us and I would re-consider referring and/or bringing my business back. I've noted your displaying of customer satisfaction rankings in the lobby and personally would be embarrassed to display anything less than a high 90 percent ranking. If you are truly interested in providing excellent customer service you can reach me at 602-525-1324. Sincerely, Michael Favela More
I drive farther to visit your dealership to get all my services done for several reasons. 1. Chris Esquer is the BEST, super nice, friendly and efficient. 2. Your waiting room area is cleaner and the set services done for several reasons. 1. Chris Esquer is the BEST, super nice, friendly and efficient. 2. Your waiting room area is cleaner and the set up is so much nicer and great for my toddler to run around safely. 3. You have some free snacks which is really nice. 4. It is faster. 5. EVERYONE is friendly. I am comparing to the Thorobred Dealership in Chandler.. Completely worth the extra 10 miles or so to go to your dealership and I come from from Queen Creek so it is a drive. Thank you! Please keep up the great work!!! More
Raul the service representative was very instrumental and very helpful in both getting our 2007 Tahoe serviced but also in correcting a seperate issue. I believe Raul and others are a key reason why we drive very helpful in both getting our 2007 Tahoe serviced but also in correcting a seperate issue. I took my car in for a simple oil change, and when I left, my car was not in the same condition. The dealership damaged my ignition system, and made me pay for the repairs. Unfortunately since they had left, my car was not in the same condition. The dealership damaged my ignition system, and made me pay for the repairs. Unfortunately since they had my car, this created a conflict of interest, and was at their mercy. The employees at the dealership did not allow me to see what was wrong with my car, and paid for a repair that I never authorized. According to the invoice it says "customer states the ignition key will not turn", however this was incorrect. More
I called and received a quote to install a new battery in my 2007 Chevy Avalanche for $139 (installed) with the 5 year warranty battery. I did not think to ask who I was speaking to. I was told to pull int my 2007 Chevy Avalanche for $139 (installed) with the 5 year warranty battery. I did not think to ask who I was speaking to. I was told to pull into the quick lube area and they would get me in and out quickly. When I arrived I spoke to the first attendant who came out and he said the cost for the 5 year battery installed would be $155. I explained that I had called not less that 20 minutes ago and received a over the phone quote for $139 installed. He said that he could not install it for that cost and he asked who I had spoken to. Of course I did not know because I had not asked. After basically telling him that I was not going to pay the higher price he finally said he could do it for that price of $139 installed. I waited an extremely long time 1 - 1.5 hours then I received my paper work so I could go and pay. When I went to pay the cost was $155 I explained to the cashier that was not the quoted price. She explained that there were shop parts, tax etc. I explained that it was strangely coincidental that I was quoted $155 then it was reduced and when I go to pay it is back to $155. She was nice enough to remove the shop parts but the cost was still $147. I was just disappointed in the overall experience and paying $147 for battery. More
