I didn't have an appointment and they were more than willing to do my tune up and a few fixes that I needed done. Connie's customer service was exceptional. Bottom line is that she made me feel as if I were her ONLY customer, and the most important thing in her day. The salesperson I dealt with answered every question I had. He also informed me about cancelling my GAP insurance with the Thorobred. I thought I was happy at Thorobred Chevrolet but after visiting and purchasing from Freeway Chevrolet, I will definitely be a returning customer. That is if I decide to ever trade in my Traverse. As far as service goes, I was happy with the service I received at Thorobred and am very impressed with Roger at Freeway. He takes the time answers my questions and puts my mind at ease even though I'm tired of bringing Chevy cars back for a steering problem. I definitely will refer Freeway Chevrolet to anyone thinking about purchasing a new or used car. More

Being a dealership, I expected recommendations to trade her in for a new car. I am happy to say that has never been suggested. I have got honest service from all your people. They have listened to all my concerns and have made solid recommendations. They sent me to Arizona Auto Air to get the a/c put in. I had a great experience with Darryl there. Anytime I have had warning lights come on, your people have given me real answers and good advice. I originally chose Freeway because you are close. After it's 30,000 mile maintenance my truck developed a leak in one of the transmission cooler lines. When I noticed the leak in my driveway I called Roger and he was able to get me in for service the nex leak in one of the transmission cooler lines. As said, we are happy with the overall experience. It is a great service that you wash the cars with the oil change; it is very convienient. In the interior you can always see that it appears that a dry rag is used to wipe the interior because you can always see where the dust has been just moved by wiping. More
