The worst experience ever with the service department. The service order was put in incorrectly so when I went in to pick up my car, all the repairs were not completed. When I informed them, Tyler stated The service order was put in incorrectly so when I went in to pick up my car, all the repairs were not completed. When I informed them, Tyler stated "That's on you." Very unprofessional and rude. Mick was extremely unprofessional, rude, and a bully. He was not truthful about anything. Jacob the manger tried to make me share accountability for their mistakes. I felt like a 2nd class citizen. I was forced to call corporate to get my car repaired after Jacob stated he was not going to fix my car because I was using big words. Tim the GM called me to apologize about the incident and he was very kind. Rick took over the repairs and was accommodating. They kept my car for over a month with no urgency to get it repaired. As a business owner, I wouldn't treat my worst customer like this. They were condescending, evasive, dishonest, unconcerned, dismissive, and rude. Horrible place to go to get your car serviced! More
