We purchased a used 2010 Chevy Impala from your dealership about two weeks ago. The car had approximately 14,400 miles on it and is in beautiful condition however there were some very minor dents and rubs on the body that, as part of the purchase price, we requested to be repaired. The request was granted and after taking delivery of the vehicle repairs were scheduled, once we called and pushed a little. Unfortunately, my idea of "repaired" is that the dents be removed and the rubs smoothed out and then you repaint. Your Company's idea of "repair" is to cover them up with paint. So, we have a $22,000 car with a cheap cover up job on some minor dents that is a major disappointment. So, while we are very satisfied with the overall purchase of our car, we would caution anyone to be sure and nail down all the detail and to get everything in writing. It would save a lot of hurt feelings and disappointment. More

Craig Hartman has been the best customer service person that I have ever dealt with. I was in a customer service industry while I was working, and would have hired Craig in a minute. WE told him what our that I have ever dealt with. I was in a customer service industry while I was working, and would have hired Craig in a minute. WE told him what our problems with the car were, and everything had been handled. No problem..... John R (the mechanic) was also very professional. He handled the problem, and we left happy. As always, the service department did a great job on my first oil change for our 2010 Silverado. A big reason we are repeat customers at Freeway Chevrolet is because of the service we recieve. Craig was very helpful and proactive - work on vehicle was perfect - did everything exactly as I requested. Even verified with a small bottle of water whether the cup holder was re-installed properly. T was perfect - did everything exactly as I requested. Even verified with a small bottle of water whether the cup holder was re-installed properly. Turns out the cup holder was damaged - even though it looked good, it fell off with weight applied - ordered a new one - again, free! Free shuttle service only advertised for 7 mile radius. Took me to work at 13 miles away. More
Pro's, you gave me a lender car knowing that the service would take more than a day. The car was very nice and may consider one in the future. The service was to fix an oil leak and change the the oil. So f would take more than a day. The car was very nice and may consider one in the future. I give the dealership a great review in all areas! I however was not very pleased with my experience in dealing with one person and that was Craig. It could have been a bad time or an off day for him an however was not very pleased with my experience in dealing with one person and that was Craig. It could have been a bad time or an off day for him and I give room for that, but I will choose to have another advisor in the future. The problem I had was minor and fixed very quickly and I am very thankful for that. With Craig though, I felt like I was not important and that he had better things to be doing. I am a personality gal and I feel he lacked that key factor during this visit. When my car was complete I got the brush off of your car is done, a mumbled response of what was done and here's my card if you need anything.....and before I knew it he had dissappeared. Not hey why don't you test it for yourself or do you have any questions! So overall, I will just deal with another advisor in the future :) More

Dave worked with me to replace the tire at no cost although it was outside the manufacturer's warranty. I was very appreciative of the time he spent to help me out. I know this was a bit unusual but as a loyal customer for several years this shows why my family and I keep returning to Freeway Chevrolet. More
Took my 2010 camaro in for to have the a/c unit worked on as it "squeals" when turned on. This is the second time that it has been in as the first time they couldnt find the problem. I called on Friday t as it "squeals" when turned on. This is the second time that it has been in as the first time they couldnt find the problem. I called on Friday to set up an appt with Chris to have my vehicle in at 1000 for service. When i arrived for my 1000am appt at 945 no one was there to greet or take care of me. I had to walk thru the service area to find Chris(service associate). Chris then helped me by writing down the things that i would liked to have looked at. First, was the squeal with the a/c unit. Second, I had just had my rear tires repaired from having nails in them and the repair placed o2 in the rear tires. When i bought the car from Freeway they sold me the Nitrogen pkg. So i asked if they could replace the nitrogen in the rear tires and top off the fronts. And Third, When i drive over 65 mph the car does not ride as smooth as when I am lower speeds. I then left the shop and did ran some errands around the dealership while I waited. At approx 0130pm I recieved a call from Chris stating that they had finally found the problem with the a/c but had to order a part that was not in stock and he would call me back in next week. I told him that I would be there in 20 mins to pick up the vehicle. When I arrived to the dealership I went to the cashier window to get the paperwork so that I could pick up my car. The cashier said she had no paperwork and called up someone on the phone and told me that I could meet her in back to get car. I went back to service and waited and she never came back. I then saw Chris and approached him. He said he would be right back and went to get my car. About 10 mins later he returned with my car. I asked him if there was any paperwork stating what had been done and he said no I could get it next week when the part came in and work was completed. I thought this would be okay and then left the dealership. As I began to drive off i checked the air pressure in my car and noticed that the pressure had not changed in any of my tires so I am assuming that the rear tires never had the nitrogen replaced. The vehicle calls for 36 psi at cold and I was showing 32 in my passenger sides 34 on front driver and 35 on rear driver. This has been where my air pressure has sat for a couple of days. Then when I got back on to freeway heading home I noticed that the car still drove the exact same way at 65mph as when I took the car in asking them to see if there was a problem. I guess my big thing is the dealership had my car for approx 3 hrs and they did not complete anything that I asked. I understand that they didnt have the part for the a/c. But the two things that I thought would be simplest didnt even get touched. And I'm sorry but when the consumer pays for an added service, such as the nitrogen, they expect to get what they paid for, especially when it costs $200.00. More
