I had had a negative experience prior to dealing with Roger. I contacted my service advisor from Saturn (now Suzuki) and told him how unhappy I was to have to take my car to Chevy and of my prior experie Roger. He suggested that I go through Roger in service. I was pleased to report that he did an excellent job at customer service and complying with my requests. For a moment I thought that I was at Saturn again. Saturn made every dealing with service a pleasure. You were treated as though you had a brain in your head and they ALWAYS went the extra mile. Once my car was at the gym (Lifetime) and I could not turn the ignition. I had a client within the hour. I called Saturn who took me to my office to see the client and then got the ignition turned and fixed by the time I could get back over there. Roger did not have to do all that but he reminded me of the type of caring and expertise that I had come to know and love at Sarturn. I was ready to write off Freeway Chevrolet but he turned it around for me and would prompt me to take my car to you for any warranty work. If I were you I would make him a manager...he was that good. More
Had the check engine light one, turned out that the "OEM" locking gas cap....wasn't. I also had a bad temperature gauge. Both were replaced and codes cleared, checked out, etc by Raul. Vinny helped with getting me scheduled and if I had any questions (I have had him help me before with oil changes, etc and my point of contact anytime I go in there). I also was able to speak with your accessories manager and he ordered some stainless steel nerf bars for me that I will be going in for on Weds to get installed. More
The only problem that I noticed was that the information center readout had not be reset after the oil change. Also have the impression that you want to over service the car. Your recommendations noted that a power steering flush was recommended. I see nothing to that effect in the recommended maintenance noted in the owners manual. My car was not ready when promised (again...). I contacted Chris Thursday afternoon to check on the status of my car and found out that I would not be able to have it back first thing Friday morning contacted Chris Thursday afternoon to check on the status of my car and found out that I would not be able to have it back first thing Friday morning as promised. The wrong part was ordered for the radio replacement. He said a new part was ordered to be delivered overnight and my car should be ready by 10:30 Friday morning. When I called at 11:00 to check on status, I left a message and did not get a call back until 12:45. At that time Chris told me the radio was received while they were at lunch and was being installed and would be ready in 15 minutes. I did not arrive at the dealership until approximately 2pm and the car was NOT READY. I was not able to leave with my car until 2:50. CLEARLY NOT 15 MINUTES. I dropped it off Wednesday night and it should have been ready first thing Friday morning. I had plans on Friday with my child which were ruined because of this delay (I could not transport our bikes with the loaner car). Advisors and front desk people are generally friendly, but the lack of quality in the repair is a RECURRING event with THIS CAR and THE DEALERSHIP. Either the problem not found on the initial visit, the problem not fixed, the problem is only fixed temporarily, new problems continue to crop up, loaner cars are not readily available or comparable to my vehicle, typically the car is not returned as promised, etc. SO MUCH DISRUPTION in my life. This is not what I expect in a new car. I'm SO disappointed in the car and the dealership. More

I went to go do a truck bed liner and told them about a defect in the bumper that I had noticed. The associates stated that I had hit something with the bumper, I told them I certainly did not. There was no comprimise, no middle ground. I was very unhappy with the answer and that nothing was even offered. Update: Mr. Michael Cook has responded and stated that he will take care of my bumper. He has apologized and agreed to take care of me. I have changed my review to outstanding, as this is outstanding service in my opinion. This completely changes my opinion of this dealership and would definitely use them in the future. I will give another update as soon as the work is completed. More
I spoke to Roger about the problem with the lock in rear passenger side. He said to bring it right in. He was very polite and helpful. I have always have had good experiences with Freeway with purchasing our cars and with our car services. Everybody at Freeway are always helpful and friendly. When we moved to Phx we didn't have a car; so purchasing our cars and with our car services. Everybody at Freeway are always helpful and friendly.
