I have had my vehicle serviced several times this year and they do a great job. The quality of work is good and have not returned the vehicle to get it repaired again for the same problem. I am a 15 year+/- Saturn customer, this was my first visit to a Chevy Dealer for service on my Saturn. I spoke with Craig Hartman who was extremely welcoming, kind & helpful. I finally came in for an oil change even though it was uncomfortable for me to begin service with a new source after all these years. I was pleasantly surprised that all was painless. Vincent was extremely helpful, kind and friendly. I look forward to seeing & working with Vincent during my next visit. I think that was the quickest oil change I ever received. I know it was a slow day, but it was still nice. More
Dave was wonderful. He was extremely friendly over the phone, he took care of me right away when I arrived, and he kept me informed about what was going on while my car was being fixed. whem I brought my car originally two weeeks ago for aserive my sterring colum was making a clunking noise and it was very loud, it was determined that my front suspension shock was loose, it was replac aserive my sterring colum was making a clunking noise and it was very loud, it was determined that my front suspension shock was loose, it was replaced, well when i got home the noise was still there, thankfully roger contacted me about my serive and i told him about the noise, he had me bring my car backin, he ahd the mechanic go with me and drive the car so he could hear the noise, the mechanic heard i was givien a rental car to drive overnight and my car was fixed, it is now running great and smoothly, thank you Roger for following up with me on my car freeway chevy is great More
David made sure that the par on my car was replaceable through warranty, Once he found out it was David then made sure of the part that was needed and made sure it could get there same day to be fixed. The two men that I worked with at Freeway Chevrolet were excellent. They did everything in their power to make sure that I was a happy customer and they did just that. I was not expecting to receive a loner excellent. They did everything in their power to make sure that I was a happy customer and they did just that. I was not expecting to receive a loner car to get my bedliner put in, and not only did I get a loner car (2011 Malibu)that I loved, but I got a cup of coffee for the road. The general friendliness of the employees was great. As to customer service, when told my vehicle is ready to be picked up, I expect that to mean it has already been cleaned and is ready for me. Once I'm finished with my transaction, I expect it to be waiting for me or there in 5 mins, unless there is a line or we just had a wall of dust go through and everything needs a rinse. The price of the service was a bit salty. If I wasn't guarenteed the quality of service or a speedy turn-around, I would have looked for another repair shop. Having the 10% off Ladies' Day and your valued customer card now, I will be more likely to came for service. More
Both of our vehicles came back with an overspray like substance, very gritty. We just had both of the vehicles detailed and the paint was as smooth as can be but not now. We did not discover the mess until the next day so it was too late to say anything. In addition, we did not find the intermittent problem with our transmission even though we left it for two days. I am satisfied with the experience I had for my routine Maintenance I service, however, I find it perplexing that in the past when I have had Maintenance 1 or Maintenance 2 service, items needing attention Maintenance I service, however, I find it perplexing that in the past when I have had Maintenance 1 or Maintenance 2 service, items needing attention were pointed out that were not pointed out this time. Specifically, I was told during a previous visit that my power steering fluid was dirty and needed to be replaced. I did not replace it and there was no mention of it this time. I was also told on a previous visit that I needed an alignment which I did not have performed. There was no mention of the need for an alignment on this visit. As you might imagine, the inconsistency in the recommendations I have received from your service department causes suspicion in my mind regarding the integrity of your operation, and I'm really only coming back because I have a lifetime oil change discount card and I assume all my maintenance records are stored on your computer for warrantly purposes should I ever need to invoke the warranty. As an aside, your sales team tried to deceive me and/or flat out lied to me a total of eight separate times during the sales process and I would never buy another vehicle at or recommend your dealership. More
