16AUG12 - I had taken my 2011 Traverse in for an oil change as well as my 2010 Camaro for the same. The Camaro had an issue with the stitching on the steering wheel coming undone that I wanted to get t change as well as my 2010 Camaro for the same. Once again, I received stellar service from Raul and his mechanic, David. The oil change on the Traverse was done in a timely manner and it wasn't long at all before receiving a call from Raul stating that the Camaro would be getting a new steering wheel and would be done within 30 minutes. Everything was ready to go upon my arrival. The Camaro looked great and I couldn't be happier with the service that I received. These guys do a great job! Keep up the great work! More

My car battery went dead at night and I had my car towed to Freeway Chevrolet. The next morning by 8:00 when I called they had diagnosed the issue and told me they would work on it right away. They called me immediately when they found that a cable also had to be replaced and then offered me a shuttle ride to come pick up a loaner car. Shuttle arrived exactly on time and loaner was ready and waiting as I walked in. It only took 10 minutes. They called when it was ready and when I picked it up, it was only a five minute wait and all the employees were friendly. More

Took our 2011 Traverse in for an oil change and tire rotation. I informed Raul that we would be taking a vacation to Disneyland at the end of the week and asked that David check out the entire vehicle rotation. All of the work was done in a timely manner to include them washing the car. Once again, I cannot say enough about these guys. Wow. Say what you want about American cars and customer service these days but Freeway Chevy was amazing. Other companies could learn a lot. Time for one of our 3 Chevys to go in for routine service (oil change). We spoke with Raul the day before and let him know that we'd be in @ 0700. My son took his 1997 Z28 Camaro to Raul for a problem with the passenger side window of his car. Raul greeted us as soon as we pulled in, took down all of our information and we were off. A total of 4 hours went by and we received a call from Raul. The car was ready and fixed! David worked on the car and everything is working great. I've used Raul several times already for our 3 cars. Not once have we ever had an issue with him or his mechanics. Great service!!! More
