Cheyenne sold me a used truck and did a great job at everything from start to finish, couldn't be more thankful for her or her hard work in making sure i was taken care of. I've now owned my 17 Silverado for 3 weeks, still covered under warranty. I called to have service take care of the "rumble strip" issue on the 15-19 GM's (Bulletin No.: 18-NA-355) but the service dpt told me its going to cost me for them to look at and i need to pay for any repairs for what's covered and noted by GM themselves. Lucky for me its a GM bulletin and i can take it to a service center that cares to do the right thing so this truck will last me years to come. I hope management sees this and fixes the way service treats people before it impacts great employees like Cheyenne. More
