My wife and I purchased a 2014 Cruze from them in November 201 I am very Please with the service I have received from them, I am a returning customer. My wife and I purchased a 2014 Cruze from them in November 2013 and I told them I would be back to buy a car from my self soon. I did return and within the first 10mins I found the car I wanted and then 4 hours later I was driving off the lot with it. The gave me a great deal on the car and also gave me some additional features that I thought only new car buyers get. I will be buying my next car from them. I have used Freeway Chevrolet for the past 8 years, there have been several different service riders over the past couple years that I have dealt with, but Scott amongst all others has went above and beyond have been several different service riders over the past couple years that I have dealt with, but Scott amongst all others has went above and beyond for his concern and guidance and knowledge of my vehicle, its previous service and the extended warranty that it has. I have had quite a few issues with the engine and he has made me very comfortable that I was covered under my extended warranty and put me into a loaner vehicle which allowed me to continue on with my daily life without it causing a road bump. He has been able to assist me with questions over the phone regarding the service and I really appreciate that as well. He is one of the best service riders thus so far, and I am happy to have him. The porters are always helpful as well, one instance from many was when I had my grandson and my hands were full. the porter saw I was struggling with the carseat, diaper bag, a toddler, my purse etc, and came to me and helped me carry half my load to my car for me, I was very grateful. Thank you Scott P for making the complicated matters less hectic!!!! More
