I live out of state and could not find the vehicle I wanted that would meet my budget. On Monday, April 19th, I found the perfect vehicle (2009 Chevy Equinox) online at Freeway Chevrolet. I called and wanted that would meet my budget. On Monday, April 19th, I found the perfect vehicle (2009 Chevy Equinox) online at Freeway Chevrolet. I called and was connected to Salesman Mark Orio. As I had never purchased a vehicle unsight/unseen, I was uncertain about the process and the condition of the vehicle. Mark assured me that this vehicle was in great condition and so we began the paperwork. They worked with me to get the car payment down to meet my budget and answered all my questions. Mark contacted me daily to touch base and ease my mind. The process was much easier than I expected and I received the paperwork Thursday morning, April 22nd. I filled it out and mailed it back that same day. I arranged for my vehicle to be transported to my home, so the company was able to pick up the vehicle Friday, April 23rd and deliver it to me on Saturday, April 24th. Mark called me Saturday afternoon to see if I was happy with the vehicle; however, the truck delivering my car broke down so my Equinox was not delivered until late Saturday evening. Roger has been my service advisor for several years now. This time, like every time, he keeps me fully informed of the work needed, the cost, the schedule, and when the shuttle will be available. He anticipates my vehicles repair needs as well as solves the presenting problem. At this visit I needed a switch replaced on the driver's side for the passenger window. I phoned him ahead of time to verify this repair was covered by extended warranty. When the part arrived he phoned me and scheduled the service. After having my car reviewed he phoned again with more recommendations that I gratefully agreed to have repaired. These were problems I had been dimmly aware of but had not thought to take care of them. Roger saved me much time and frustration with his professionalism. Not only is Roger an excellent service advisor, he is a quality human being having shared tidbits about his boys through the years. Chuck is always professional in driving the shuttle. He considers all the passengers'needs and the route carefully. This repair he brought me back to the dealership for picking-up my car instead of making me ride to Maricopa for the rest of his passengers. I live three and one-half miles from the dealership. My husband is handicapped with degenerative illnesses. Roger and Chuck seem more like family in their support of us by doing their jobs so well. More
My wife and I had visited a few dealerships over the past 7 months and had visited several vehicle web sites to view the Sedan and Suv models of Cadillac, Buick and GMC. We still wanted to view and compare the Chevrolet models before we made a decision on what to purchase. The closest Chevrolet dealership to us was Freeway Chevrolet in Chandler and we stopped by there on 04/26/10 to view the Traverse, Impala, and Malibu. The first person we met was the Assistant Sales Manager Shane Hoke and he introduced us to one of the sales people named Dennis Renko. Dennis was very impressive and knowledgeable about his vehicles and was able to provide practical information about the benefits and advantages of the different products and models. As a result we ended up buying a Malibu LTZ a few hours later from him. The entire buying experience was one of the best if not the best I can recall and my wife and I have purchased 15 new vehicles in our lifetime so far. Dennis promised and provided excellent customer service that day and Jay Zomlefer was by far the most professional and competent Business Manager I have ever met at any dealership. The competitive interest rate he was able to find for us was jaw dropping. His time with us was informative, he answered every question to our satisfaction, and he was very efficient. Afterwards Dennis Renko made sure we knew how to find the service area for any future service needs or issues and introduced us to Roger Young and Chris Esquer , the two Assistant Service Managers in that department Dennis Renko continued to promote his dedication and commitment to service and encouraged us to rely on him for anything or call with any questions. The true test of any promise is what happens after the sale. I can safely say that the attention I received when I went back to Freeway Chevrolet after the initial sale was first class and met all the promises of excellent service made by Dennis, Shane, and Jay. I’m confident that I can expect this first class kind of service for the entire time I own my vehicle or continue to do business with Freeway Chevrolet. In this day and age and in this economic climate It feels great when people not only respect and work for your business but work very hard to keep it. I will be happy to recommend Freeway Chevrolet to family, friends, and acquaintances. More
My experience at Freeway was great. Court was very friendly, honest and helpful. After the sale had been negotiated, Court made sure I had all the information I would need about the car. My visit was perfect. Chris smiled the entire time. The problem that I encountered was that while I had taken my car in for an oil change, they also needed to replace the 'bow tie' on the back door. We said that we would wait for the car, thinking that it wo my car in for an oil change, they also needed to replace the 'bow tie' on the back door. We said that we would wait for the car, thinking that it wouldn't take long. After waiting 2 hours, we inquired as to when the car would be done and were then informed that the whole back door needed to be dismantled to change the bow tie and it was taking longer than they anticipated. We were told that it would be at least another 45 minutes before it was done. In all, it took 4 hours and the only time we were able to get any information was when we inquired - no one came to us to explain the situation or to apologize for the wait. Had we known it would take so long we would have brought another car with us so that we could run the errands that we had to run. Instead, we spent half the day unexpectedly sitting at the dealer with nothing to do. I also just received notice that another part came in that needs to be replaced - first I have heard anything about that! There was something on the receipt about a cracked handle, but no indication that it hadn't been fixed while we were there and no one talked to us about it. How long will it take to replace this new part? I am not prepared to spend another 4 hours at the dealership... More

After expressing my vehicle interests, Brian Banks got back to me within 24 hours with exactly the vehicle I was immediate attention to my requests. Brian reviewed all the numbers with me on the phone and he beat all other dealers on price. Better yet, He invited me to come by and drive the car before month's end because Freeway was running a promotion. Brian invited me to come over before the end of April because Freeway was having a promotion. I showed up on April 30 and closed the deal that we discussed on the phone two days before. They are truly MEN OF THEIR WORD. During my test drive at the dealership, Brian impressed me with his car knowledge along with his very pleasant demeanor. I plan to visit Freeway again when I am ready to purchase another car. I own several cars and enjoy exploring High Tech cars and trading up. More
