VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTESY. Made my appointement during the week for the Saturday and arrived early to be the first one. We brought my wife's 1997 Venture in to have the airconditioning serviced. There were a number of items wrong and we wnt through the list with Craig. Some of the recommendations we did not do becuas airconditioning serviced. There were a number of items wrong and we wnt through the list with Craig. Some of the recommendations we did not do becuase they were either not necessary or too expensive. For instance it was recommended that we change the oil. I just did that myself in February and it was not due yet. Also I was quoted about $150 to change out the cabin filters. Since you can buy them at Autozone for $16.99 and it takes roughly 30 seconds to change, I was shocked at the price quote. In any event, the air conditioning is still not blowing out cold air even though the invoice said it was blowing out 42 degree air. No way! So we will have to bring the vehicle back, but I was kind of dissapointed that we spent almost $1000 and my wife's car still does not have cold A/C. More

Brian was singled out in prior reviews and performed as previously described. He is hard working, knowledgeable, easy to work with and not pushy. A few days after the purchase I noticed a leak which turned out to be a factory seal. Again Brian was responsive when I returned the car to the dealership at a time when the service department was closed; he arranged temporary transportation and made sure my needs were met. Connie contacted me early the next day and explained the problem causing the leak and regained my confidence in the vehicle...and the dealership. More
Chris in the service department is always helpful with my auto service needs. There is not one time I can recall, that Chris was not helpful. Aaron was one of the only salesmen to listen too and follow my requests to negotiate mostly via email. I asked not to be called and he did not. Out of the 10 or so dealerships/salesmen I contacted he wa follow my requests to negotiate mostly via email. I asked not to be called and he did not. Out of the 10 or so dealerships/salesmen I contacted he was one of 2 that honored this request. He was very honest and straightforward keeping things simple with no "trick talk". I also got offered the best deal from him so he not only earned my business but also reccomendations to my friends and family. The deal for my new car was finalized mostly by phone and email and when I showed up my car was ready and the "paperwork push" went fairly quickly. Everyone I met at Freeway Chevrolet was very friendly, helpful and efficent. I would not hesitate to point anyone looking for a new vehicle towards Freeway Chevrolet. I sound kind of like a cheerleader here. For the record I am not easily pleased but when someone or some company is making the effort and doing it right (unlike sooooo many others that are just out to squeeze every dime out of you they can) I want to help spread the word and promote that "good" business. I started dealing with Aaron Berger on line, he was very honest and forthcoming, plus I liked his face. Initially, we were looking at the Traverse, but realized it is more of a van than Suv. Then we saw the Silverado we bought. Aaron was very professional, and gave us a great deal. Could we have found a cheaper vehicle? I dont think that matters! The service we have recieved at Freeway--all departments, sales, finance, and service has always been outstanding! So I guess you can say we are very satisfied customers, and as long as Freeway Chevrolet keeps up the good work, they will have my business for years to come! This time, I couldn't believe the interest rate everyone found for us! This whole buying experience has been wonderful. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. Aaron Berger is not the normal salesman type, he is not overly aggressive and vulture like, he courteous, forthcoming and listened to our needs and put us in the correct vehicle for our needs. Aaron was a pleasure to deal with. He was upfront, honest, no-nonsense.
