The new car sales experience was less painful that expected. Having shopped several dealerships for new vehicle brands I was expecting to feel pressured to make a decision by multiple sale individual expected. I had a defective component that was under warranty, however the part was unavailable from the manufactuer and General Motors and may not be avaialable for several months.
