I went in for an oil change and was asked if I have been there before and I said yes plus I purchased my truck there. At the end of it all I went to get my ticket and just happened to ask if they did like l there before and I said yes plus I purchased my truck there. At the end of it all I went to get my ticket and just happened to ask if they did like last time and used full synthetic and he said no, we used conventional oil. I was a little upset since he pointed out to me on the computer that I indeed used full synthetic from my last visit. In the future, just be sure to ask what the customer wants and to double check your records as well. More
I am not an easy person to sell anything to. Typically people that know me think i am very negative about most everything. However, the experience i had in getting my new truck was exceptional. people that know me think i am very negative about most everything. However, the experience i had in getting my new truck was exceptional. I felt this way because of how everything was handled, I was treated more like a friend then i was treated as a bag of money. Which is the way i am used to being treated everywhere i go, so far as I'm shopping for something. Anyway, first i did lots of research on the internet as to where to go to buy a car/suv/truck how much i should spend, how much my trade in(truck) was worth etc etc. So going in i knew what all the numbers should be. I was very surprised when i got the numbers i was given, as they were not huge mark ups, in fact I'm actually a little worried that i got the better end of the deal. Don't get me wrong it's great for me but that could be bad for them. I don't have the best of credit it's about average for the way the US is right now. I went in looking to get an SUV, i was informed in probably one of the most respectful ways i have ever been informed that i wasn't good enough, that i wasn't good enough. They very logically and calmly explained, that the SUV i wanted was just enough out of my range that it wouldn't be possible to get it, not at the time being anyway. They put no pressure on me to stay and buy something else but suggested to not be put off by that information, perhaps i might like something else they have. Turns out they were right they did, i completely fell in love with the truck they showed me, it was everything i wanted but cheaper then most prices i saw on the internet. Shortly after that i was shocked to find out how much they were going to give me for my trade, again a very good deal from what i had seen on the internet. They were very quick, always practically running to get things going for me, but never rushing me along. Never did they have to ask for information more then once and anytime i didn't know something they figured it out themselves it was very impressive. Lastly i really liked the way i was treated. No yes man kind of nonsense, no ignoring me because i wasn't the "big sale" i was treated like a friend. And really i couldn't ask for more. More

Right when my son and I arrived at the dealership to get his 1997 Camaro serviced, I was greeted by Connie Klaver. I explained our service needs on my sons car and made the comment that I was in the market for a new Camaro as well. Connie did not hesitate to bring a salesman to us at the service area. Our salesman was Tyler Ray. Not only was he very knowledgeable about the vehicles that I was interested in but, he wasn't your stereotypical car salesman. In fact, every individual that we passed by greeted us, made sure that we were comfortable and offered us water. Tyler understood my needs as far as what I was wanting what I was looking to pay and did not try and talk me into something that I was clearly not interested in. In all of my years purchasing new cars (14 since 1997), he is by far the best I've dealt with! Once we reached finance, we were introduced to Ray Zomlefer. Ray is a great guy and covered everything in detail and didn't take forever to do it. When my wife had to come back to sign her part of the paperwork, we were in and out in no time. I'm very pleased to have done business again with Freeway Chevrolet. I will be writing letters to Michael Cook, Mark Reuss and Edward Whitacre, Jr. about my experience as well. Excellent Service. In and out on a Saturday morning within 30 minutes to to remove the Heated Window Fluid System (HWFS) per the Recall Notice. I still need to submit for the reimbursement of the remo within 30 minutes to to remove the Heated Window Fluid System (HWFS) per the Recall Notice. I still need to submit for the reimbursement of the removed equipment, but the process seems very simple as well. Again Roger is my favorite service person and delivers excellent service to its customers. More
Everyone is always friendly and courteous. Working full time it was nice to know I could get my tahoe's 30K tune up on a Saturday. I love getting a newly washed car when your team is done. Had the car in for repairs for the transmission and A?C. Agent found A/C overcharged. The transmission is hard to get out of park and takers quite a bit of pressure to free it up. When I got home and had parked the car for about one hour, the car was again had to get out of park. Left Raul a message about this problem. I am extremely impressed with the effort taken to get my complete satisfaction with the purchase of my Camaro. All that was missing was the moon roof and I was glad to make the investment. I would recommend more careful price quotes because before purchasing I was told $900 and ended up paying $1300. I felt that I should have honored the original price they told me which greatly influenced my decision to complete the deal. I also think I could have been given more for my trade-in. I appreciate the outstanding effort on Joey's part to try and reduce my out of pocket and had the sales tax waived. He was told $900 and that is what he told me. Jay provided me the best experience regarding the financing and proved he was dedicated to helping me get the best terms. I feel he did do that. After the install of the moon roof which is absolutely perfect and has indeed improved my choice in this investment I was disappointed to see they did not wash the car after the service. That would be the only thing to consider as part of your service policy. More
