After being to 4 different dealerships in a 2 week span, none of them compared to this one. The vibe that I felt the moment I stepped on this lot was comfortable & there was no pressure. They took the time to talk back & forth with their lenders instead of just giving me an answer right there on spot, unlike others where they gave me the "no" answer in like 10-15 mins like they didnt even take the time to try & work something out with me. The salesman that worked with me took his time in trying to help me through the phone & via email, before I even got to the lot! And although I wasn't able to walk off the lot with my new car that I had picked out, he said that he would not only keep my file/info but also keep in contact with me! Who does that anymore?! And even now if I have any questions, I can still ask & get a reply. I VERY much look forward to going back down there to get my new car soon! Thank You! :) More

Needless to say the car I chose was not what I expected, with that I had the pleasure of talking to Mike Cook. He went above and beyond that he exceeded customer satisfaction. After tire rotation, they did not ensure that the tire pressure monitors were reset. Had to drive back 35 miles from home to have it reset. We were compensated for the gas. The purchase was very smooth, and I picked up the vehicle the next day. While driving the car home I noticed the car's six CD changer was broken. I reported this to the dealership, and they were quick to recognize my lack of satisfaction with my purchase. Michael Cook, General Manager at the dealership offered to replace the entire stereo at no cost to me. I was extremely impressed with the dealerships response to my concerns, taking time and money to drive customer satisfaction even though the deal had already been completed. Do not go to Freeway Chevrolet to look for just Chevy cars, go to Freeway Chevy to look for ALL cars! I cannot state enough their willingness to drive customer satisfaction above all else. They will let a deal sink to ensure their customer is happy. This is my second purchase from Freeway Chevrolet and it will not be my last. I had never met her before but had spoken to her on the phone to set the appointment needed to perform the consultant who happened to Connie Klaver.
