The worst experience ever with the service department. The service order was put in incorrectly so when I went in to pick up my car, all the repairs were not completed. When I informed them, Tyler stated "That's on you." Very unprofessional and rude. Mick was extremely unprofessional, rude, and a bully. He was not truthful about anything. Jacob the manger tried to make me share accountability for their mistakes. I felt like a 2nd class citizen. I was forced to call corporate to get my car repaired after Jacob stated he was not going to fix my car because I was using big words. Tim the GM called me to apologize about the incident and he was very kind. Rick took over the repairs and was accommodating. They kept my car for over a month with no urgency to get it repaired. As a business owner, I wouldn't treat my worst customer like this. They were condescending, evasive, dishonest, unconcerned, dismissive, and rude. Horrible place to go to get your car serviced! More

The employees were friendly and professional, but frankly the dealer markup "market adjustment" and amount of add-ons they tried to sell me were insulting (over 10k above MSRP). The add-ons sounded negotiable at least to a degree, but I had a quote without market adjustment elsewhere and they weren't dropping that, so I walked before any kind of markup negotiation took place. Initial valuation on my trade in also sounded a little low, maybe they would have budged a bit on that I didn't get around to discussing that part much at all. They also were pushing me to tell them other dealers I had talked to, I don't see what relevance that has, I told them this but they continued to push for some reason. Overall they were very polite, but asking for 10k above what Chevrolet is suggesting the car is worth, I'd say to go elsewhere instead. I found more than one dealer that won't charge such mark-ups.
