Never enough time to do it right Even if you leave the car for two and a half days so they can make sure they understand the problem they still didn't get it fixed properly. And of course they say "Bring it back in and we will get it taken care of" Well that is a HUGE inconvenience and you had plenty of time to do it right the first time. Also couldn't hear a particular noise that everyone who rides in my car asks about. Maybe that was because the stereo was turned up too loud (IT was way loud when I got back in the car) So now the two things I went there for still not right. One partially fixed and the other not even addressed. I won't be going back and waste my precious time and money here. More

Exceeded my expectations I had been car shopping for weeks. My credit is not great, I had a small down payment, and no vehicle of my own to make it in to the dealership so I w I had been car shopping for weeks. My credit is not great, I had a small down payment, and no vehicle of my own to make it in to the dealership so I was doing most of my (unsuccessful nad frustrating) shopping online . Krista was so helpful, informative, and understanding, and so was the rest of the team at the dealership. Everyone was very friendly and personable. Jesse worked with me to get me a great car within my budget, without trying to haggle or upsell. He and the finance manager, Mike, were honest and easy to talk to and made me feel so comfortable - I had never felt this at ease and not pressured at any dealership I have ever been to! They really turned my frustrating experience into a great one and I know that it was not easy. I was there later in the evening close to their closing time, and not once did I feel rushed or as if they were brushing me off so they wouldn't have to stay late. To the whole team at Freeway Chevrolet - YOU ALL ROCK!! THANK YOU!!! More

Customer service in service department Took the car in for what I thought should be a warranty claim they denied it to be a warranty claim without even taking the time to look at it I got Took the car in for what I thought should be a warranty claim they denied it to be a warranty claim without even taking the time to look at it I got heated and was asked to leave. They were rude and very short and on almost brand-new loaded Malibu they should have at least found the root of the problem before saying there is no way Chevy would cover it. More
