Jesse Sherman reached out to me within 15 minutes of submitting my contact information and we were discussing my needs over the phone. After securing our down payment we were ready to visit the dealership to finalize our paperwork. Jesse was amazing and explained what was going on throughout the entire process. We finalized our information with Jesse and then we were on to deal with the Finance Manager, Dwayne Shanklin. Rumor was that Dwayne was "as tall as tree and and as big as a house but he had a heart of gold". He wasn't that tall nor was he that big, but, he did have a heart of gold. Working with Dwayne was a pleasure while finalizing our deal quickly. Dwayne did contact us 2 days later and advised us that he was able to get our APR and monthly payment reduced!! Well worth the drive to the dealership during rush hour. This was by far our best experience when buying our new Colorado. I can see us visiting Freeway Chevrolet again when our needs change. Note - The Midway Chevrolet dealership is 1/4 mile away from our house and Freeway Chevrolet is 34 miles. This should speak volumes on what a customer will do to get that top notch Customer Service and high caliber Sales Team. More

Service I wish to thank-you Lonny Ulibarri very much. I called from Tucson and talked to Lonny to have service done on my 2013 Chevy 2500 HD Pick-up Truck. Te I wish to thank-you Lonny Ulibarri very much. I called from Tucson and talked to Lonny to have service done on my 2013 Chevy 2500 HD Pick-up Truck. Telling him that it only has 8345 miles on the truck and just needed an oil change but would like them to check everything else also. When I showed up with my truck Lonny got the ball rolling to handle my truck. Lonny just couldn't belief the great shape it was in. Service was done in a very timely manner with everything on my truck. Lonny even went over everything that may need to be done on my truck soon like the tires were not wearing out but getting sun rot because of the low miles of setting with Arizona sun and heat. I also took time and looked at newer vehicles and got NO pressure from any sales personnel, they only answer if they could help or answer any questions for me. The sales personnel just couldn't belief my trucks very low miles and did offer to purchase it from me without even looking it over. So I can say that it was the best experiencing time I had at any dealership. Very friendly and helping staff. When my truck was done in service Lonny came looking for me letting me know its ready to go and Lonny took the extra time to make sure I understood everything about my truck before leaving the dealership.
