I received a call today from Chris to let me know that finally they received the parts and asked me if I can get my car in today. I sked how long would the repair takes and he answered up to three hours. .I dropped the car at 1:00pm and took the shuttle home, I needed my car before 6:30, so I called the dealer to check on the status and it took me over half an hour to get Chris on the phone, who told me that the car won't be done till tomorrow, that they will be closing in 20 minutes, and they don't have any shuttle to pick me up so I can take my car back. I took a cab and made it in time before they closed. Of course the repair was not done and I will have to schedule and waste another day to get that recall done. WORST SERVICE EVER !!! More

Fantastic, 1st-Class Service from Mr. Craig Hartman & Team I received fantastic, expert service from Mr. Craig Hartman and his Team. They correctly identified all the problems with my car, and fixed everythin I received fantastic, expert service from Mr. Craig Hartman and his Team. They correctly identified all the problems with my car, and fixed everything in as short a time as possible. My car runs now as if it were brand new. And, this is no exception -- every single time I take my car in for service, I ask specifically for Mr. Hartman and his Team; and I always receive the best of service. They are the best of the best. My SUV is very old, and yet it still feels as if I am driving a new Chevy Tahoe. Chevrolet's service is extremely important to me -- this is what you are really buying when you buy a new car. You might spend an hour or two with a Chevrolet Salesman when you purchase your car, but the next 5-20 years you are going to be dealing with Chevrolet's service teams for scheduled maintenance and repair. Mr. Hartman and his Team of expert mechanics has turned the overall cost of my Chevrolet Tahoe into very low-cost, reliable transportation. They are the reason that I drive from Tucson to Chandler every time I service my car; and they are the reason that my next car will be a Chevrolet Tahoe. More

Run away The Chandler Freeway Chevrolet dealership was an awful experience. I went in to trade my old car in for a bigger, family sized car. I understood that The Chandler Freeway Chevrolet dealership was an awful experience. I went in to trade my old car in for a bigger, family sized car. I understood that this would mean higher payments for bigger car… DUH. My experience however, was completely and utterly the worst car buying experience I have ever had, including a point when I felt like I was being held hostage. I went in to the dealership and was immediately greeted by a nice young man Dayvionte and began talking about what I was looking for, mid-way through my conversation, we were interjected by Daymon Carter who explained to me Dayvionte Hall is new. Weird, but Okay. I let him know I would like to continue my experience with the "new" employee. I asked Dayvionte if I could test drive a Chevy Traverse, to which he complied with a smile and brought the car around. We took the car for a drive and had a conversation about the trade in value of my car and the Labor Day sale they are having at the moment. In total we discussed 5000 for my trade in and another 5300 concession for the Labor Day. okay, $40,000 Car, minus 10300...that is around $29,700, right? I said I would love to sit down and talk numbers... Well, I sat down with the team, and Daymon from earlier, you know, the one who interrupted his co-worker mid-conversation just to tell me he is new, took over. He started the conversation with the question "What would you like your monthly payments to be monthly" to which I discussed a good monthly rate. I let him know what his new colleague advised me about and he agreed to the concessions verbally. He went to talk to his accountants to get our discussion on paper and took my keys to check out my trade-in car. He came back with a paper that stated $2500 in concessions, to which I responded confused. The salesman literally looked at me with a blank face and said, "What’s wrong?" (OMG just say you can't do the deals we talked about earlier). I explained that that is not even close to what we talked about and that I would like my keys back. I asked where the $5000 for my trade in was, and the $5300 for the Labor Day sale... Even if there were taxes, the price should be around $29700. The guy stared at me again and said to me that I was doing "SIMPLE MATH" and that I could not possibly calculate the deals we talked about with that kind of math....I am no genius, but I understand the only issue with my math was that I was being lied to and absolutely no one was owning their miscalculation. I began getting upset, so I simply asked for my keys back AGAIN and wished him a great day. Nope, I was then given a new speech with another offer, to which I said no. He attempted this some more, then had one of their Financing team members come to the desk to attempt to explain the not so simple math. I explained to him what I spoke to the salesman about and even explained the "SIMPLE MATH" equation. He also stared at me with a blank stare. I said to him "Thank you for your time, but I already told your team no thank you, can I please have my keys." They finally, and very reluctantly handed me back my keys. This whole process took me about an hour and forty-five minutes of sitting and listening to aggressive sales pitch after aggressive sales pitch... I would honestly have been grateful if I was given a realistic number upfront I got my keys back, went to the Honda dealership down the road, and got a great new car, a great deal, and great customer service. I walked away happy that day, but also felt I had overcome a traumatic event. If you can, please be careful of this dealership, specifically the senior salesman I was working with. I was extremely upset and disappointed with my experience, and I hope that the new guy (who I felt had a great rapport with me) understands that his "Trainer" is the worst possible example of a Salesman out there.
