And when I got back into the car there was no indication that anything had been sanitized. I was in the waiting room for 1 hour and 45 minutes and did not see anyone cleaning/sanitizing anything. I was told that I needed a brake and coolant flush in addition to the oil change. How do I know that I really needed that? A bit more explanation and reason for the service would have been helpful. Electrical repair to eliminate tachometer needle bouncing Craig did an outstanding job of keeping me informed the information he acquired relative to the vehicles problem. Once a decision was made, he made sure that the work was done in a timely fashion and I was able to pick up my car in time for the weekend. Overal very happy, still a dealership. Let me preface by saying my blood pressure always goes up when stepping foot on a dealer lot, but the minute we got in the for a very nice young porte Let me preface by saying my blood pressure always goes up when stepping foot on a dealer lot, but the minute we got in the for a very nice young porter helped us get the car we were looking for and we started getting a good feel. Over the course or 3 days we finally purchased a used Chevy equinox. A few things stood out to us. Nancy was our sales lady and she was very nice and helpful. persistent, but NOT pushy. Honestly very nice. Marty was the sales manager, he was a little more stubborn, but to be expected with his role. It would be nice if he had a little more personality, but good guy. We dealt with several people and were very happy how nice they were. During the viewing of the car there was no long spiel of how every little feature worked, Nancy was helpful and just got down to business. The negotiating process was actually very quick. Yes, we had to make 3 trips, but the actual time spent haggling on price and details was fairly short. They were respectful of our time and how hard it is to be at a dealership with a 2 year old and a pregnant wife with #2 on the way. Malkum, Dennis in finance, and the very happy guy that ran to drive the car around was super nice! Even on the 3rd visit!! (He had Nike pants, sorry I forgot his name) Overall I would rate the people at 5, What really impressed me was after the fact we inspected the vehicle by a 3rd party and took apart all the maintenance items. The car really did have a thorough pre inspection. Sometimes I feel dealers lie and say "Oh, we serviced everything." Freeway did, even the cabin air filter was new! All the fluid looked new, even coolant and brake fluid. All we did was a transmission service for good measure. Everything they said they did, was actually done and verified by a 3rd party after we made our purchase. We were also pleasantly surprised to find the vehicle had a remote start feature. Again, Nancy was not pushy and yakking about all the bells an whistles, her focus was on us the customer and getting a safe car we could afford. I still feel there is that dealership vibe no matter where you go, but Freeway really did a good job. We would go back. More
Thieves & xxxxxxxx ... Took 2 of my vehicles in for recall on my 1st visit/recall they provided a courtesy car.. Did QUICK walk around (newer car) no damage on vehicle that was visible... I did notice after leaving location there was rock chip in windshield passenger side... didn't think much about it. 3 days later they tell me I’m buying new windshield .... I don't think so !... when I returned car no one available for inspection walk around the lot person said just throw key on the seat. They brought my vehicle around and I drove off... now 3 days later they claim Im responsible for a small rock chip on windshield... SEE YOU IN COURT..... This is not the end. More
