DO NOT SHOP HERE PERIOD. BOUGHT A 2020 4X4 Z71 SILVERADO W/LEVELING KIT, CUSTOM WHEELS AND TIRES. $65,000+. 45 DAYS LATER IT BROKE DOWN LEAVING ME STRANDED. FINALLY STARTED & GOT IT TO FREEWAY. THEY TOLD ME W/LEVELING KIT, CUSTOM WHEELS AND TIRES. $65,000+. 45 DAYS LATER IT BROKE DOWN LEAVING ME STRANDED. FINALLY STARTED & GOT IT TO FREEWAY. THEY TOLD ME NOTHING WAS WRONG. 6 DAYS LATER IT BROKE DOWN AGAIN, HAD IT TOWED BACK TO FREEWAY AND THEY HAVE HADE MY BRAND NEW TRUCK FOR THREE MONTHS SO FAR. STILL NOT FIXED AND THEY WONT RETURN MY MONEY OR GET ME INTO DIFFERENT TRUCK. I HAVE TO GET A LAWYER TO ENFORCE THE LEMON LAW TO RESOLVE THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THEY SAY THEY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, WELL THIS PROVES WITHOUT A DOUBT THEY DONT CARE. THEY ALREADY HAVE MY MONEY AND KEEP TELLING ME I JUST HAVE TO WAIT. I AM GOING ON MY 5TH CRAPPY LOANER VEHICLE NOW. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE, THEY ARE CROOKS. Worst Service Experience Took my Duramax into the service department on a Wednesday, drove in and was told it would be about 4 hours or longer, no problem. I asked for a loaner advisor said they did not have any and said you can get yourself an uber or lyft, I looked at him and instead of agruing I just walked away and ordered myself an uber and paid for it myself. its a 28 dollar uber ride to where I live. I called Chris the service advisor since I did not hear from him by 3pm. He said it would be Monday before he could get the park and asked if I wanted to take truck since it was still driveable but just low power, I said no problem I will be back Monday to drop it back off.... again no ride was offered so i had to take an uber at my own expense back to the freeway..... Monday 8am I drop off my truck walk into Chris service advisors office hand him the keys and asked him if the parts were in. Chris said oh yes all parts are in and he would call me the next day when truck is done. I was till Wednesday to call and I was told by Chris the parts never came in and it wouldn't be in for a while. I asked him why he told me the parts were there Monday when I dropped off the truck and he just ignored me and would not give me a time frame. I spoke with his manager Roger and he promised me that the part would be in by the following monday and it would be done by that tuesday. I call monday morning to see if part came in and Chris advised me to come pick up truck because it is done. I thought that was weird because it takes 2 days to install part. I picked up truck drove away and the same issues are happening with truck.. They did not fix my truck and when I called to ask them what happened instead of telling me to come back right away the service manager said to schedule an appointment to be seen. Horrible experience. Will be going to a different dealer. More

I only make the drive to freeway for Chris for my mechanic services - great person to work with.
