From the check in to the final call saying my vehicle was done, so nice! I loved the text with a pic of my filter and easy way to approve the replacement. Always excellent customer service when I come to Freeway. This is now my third car I have gotten through them. They were able to get Erica to drive us over to go pick up the car, which was so nice. Jesse and Erica made sure to take care of me throughout the whole process and made it so easy. We picked up our 2020 corvette on Wednesday August 27 2020, We were greeted by Kenya and her support team including Marty, Dwayne and Michael and others. This is the result of a pre order which started 2020, We were greeted by Kenya and her support team including Marty, Dwayne and Michael and others. This is the result of a pre order which started a few days after the 2020 corvette reveal. Kenya provided status and Helped tailor changes as I got educated on the available options. Kenya was always friendly, returning phone calls and my emails on any concerns I had. My Vette was delivered with all of my options looking awesome. My wife and I were greeted and felt like family congratulating us on our purchase. The car was detailed, we were given the keys and went for test drive. During the test drive I realize that there are lots of Corvette fans out there, following, taking pictures and giving the Vette wave. When we returned the paper work including financing went smooth and we were out the door driving our new corvette. Freeway Chevrolet has a friendly and passionate sales team, knowledgeable service writers, mechanics and parts department. I have been and will continue to service my vehicles including 2005 C6 corvette with Chris who is my service writer who was recommended but the corvette forum and a real corvette guy. More

Poor customer service Follow up to previous review from 8/17. I started looking at new cars at another dealership but wasn't finding anything comparable to the used one I l Follow up to previous review from 8/17. I started looking at new cars at another dealership but wasn't finding anything comparable to the used one I looked at on Monday at Freeway. On Wednesday, I noticed that they had dropped the price several hundred dollars. I decided to go back to see if they would be more willing to negotiate. I went to the same salesman, William, who had not bothered to call me back in regards to the price drop. He said the prices are adjusted on the website and they don't even know about it. I told him I would purchase the car at the listed sale price without the tracking system or they could discount the car for that cost. He called stick-in-the-mud sales manager Marty who looked at me with the same blank, expressionless stare and then went off to create the proposal. The salesman came back with a line for $500 in accessories, when I asked, he didn't even know what that was for. He called Marty who said it was for the tracking system. I drew a line through that item and adjusted the price. William took it back to Marty but Marty said no deal! I called the tracking system company and the representative said that they could absolutely deactivate the system but that it was at the dealer's discretion. Unfortunately, Marty was not present when I did so. William would not even go to Marty again so I told him to run the numbers. He came back with a 4.99 APR. I said no, I knew that I could get a better rate through my credit union. William said they did not do business with that CU. I told him to go run the numbers anyway. He came back and said oh yes, we do do business with that CU after all! I agreed to purchase the car and the paperwork was turned over to Lisa, one of the finance managers. She was very pleasant and personable unlike how I had been getting treated up to this point. She came back a few minutes later and said she had gotten me a better APR. As we were completing the paperwork, the APR dropped again!! She saved the deal and made the experience a lot better. As she was giving the paperwork back to Marty, he never said thank you or anything - same blank stare on his face. William barely managed to say thank you. What happened to the days of trying to make a friend and being personable? It seems like they absolutely did not care if I bought that car or not. I went back to pick it up last night when another salesman, Robert, standing outside in the heat wearing a shirt and tie, waved at me as I pulled in. He immediately came over to greet me and offered to get me a bottle of water. I told him I was here to pick up a car that I bought and he said congratulations and took be in to find William. Again Robert said congrats and wished me well. More
