Well my boyfriend and I were out in Chandler visiting nearby dealers for used 2006 Scions. Derrick(my boyfriend) said "Hey, since we are out here my buddy works here at Freeway in the service Dept. we sh nearby dealers for used 2006 Scions. Derrick(my boyfriend) said "Hey, since we are out here my buddy works here at Freeway in the service Dept. we should stop by and say hi" So we did and his friend (Rodger Young) inquired as to why were out here in Chandler since we live in North Phx. We told him we were looking for a used car for myself something gas efficient and also something we can haul our dogs around in. He said hey why dont you talk to my friend Dennis and see what he can do for you guys. We of course agreed...because while we were in rodger's office he was showing us the website and showing us what Freeway had to offer in the price point we were looking at.We originally had left and said we would come back later as we had only seen and test drove 1 Scion before we stopped by there. We got in the car and immediately turned around and said hey what the xxxx, Derrick trusts Rodger and wanted to see what Rodger was sure Freeway could do for us. So we waited for Dennis and in the meantime looked at all the used cars they had. Before we even went out to the dealership Derrick and I were both in agreement that we had done research enough to know we wanted either an older Scion XB(his pick) and if we couldnt find one in good condition we would go with the HHR(My pick) because they were pretty much the same vehicle in terms of why we needed it. Upon browsing the used cars on the lot we both had instantly saw the 2008 HHR LT priced at 13,500 w/ 36,000 miles and we were in agreement instantly that if we could get a decent payment we would take it. We finally met with Dennis w/out an appt. and told him exactly what we wanted and he went above and beyond what we expected to get. He was extremely busy yesterday and had many other set appts. so he asked Scott Poling to assist us while he had to tend to other customers with appts. and some in closing. Scott took us on the test drive and waited with us while we were getting everything scored away. Dennis came back with a deal much more than what we expected..and better than we could have ever hoped for. We wanted no money down a monthly payment at around 350.00 a month and a warranty. He came back with a 2,500 price cut and a monthly payment of 416.00 and $500.00 down wich we could easily afford and had a week to pay that and we could still drive it off that day. We ended up walking away with a brand new car warranty fully covered and 3yr 100,000 miles power train warranty. Free car washes for life and half priced oil changes for life and the first one is free. The deal was on!!We waited time with Scott until we got into financing as the dealership was a bit busy. We love Scott he was awesome, he even washed my boyfriends truck while we were in financing!! Had really great converstaion that was obviously easy for him and was very relateable. From what I understand he is a new sales guy at that dealership and I would say is a sure winner.Chevy has got themselves another GREAT employee. These guys love thier jobs and even though we didnt really get to spend alot of time with Dennis we sure did feel as if we were his #1 priority and that he was truly greatful for us and we KNOW he worked hard for us in getting us EXACTLY what we wanted and more Im sure thats probally why hes number one guy in sales and obviously why Rodger had referred us to him personally. I dont remeber the guys name in financing but he surely got the job done and got us on our way faster but did not hesitate to leave out any information that we needed. He even included the 3rd party full liability coverage FOR FREE when it was initially shown to us for more money onto our monthly payment.GREAT!!! The most important part is that we are sooo very happy with what we got and feel as if we these guys cared about our needs and DELIVERED!! My boyfriend lives by a saying in our lives together as a couple..."What Baby wants Baby gets!!" The HHR is what I wanted and is exactly what I got and it makes him happy when Im happy. Another great thing is the piece of mind of not having to worry about this car with all the warrantee and the guys at Freeway we are set for life!! Thank you again to all involved, We never thought it would be that easy and painless!! We love our Chevy and anyone that needs a car should go there and deal with one of those great guys that I have mentioned above!! My wife and I had been looking around at the 2010 Camaro and stopped in to look at a Black Camaro. Since she was the one interested in the car Dennis focused on showing her the car. I thought that was thoughtful and insightful on his part. He addressed her likes and dislikes on the car. I will say his treating her with respect is what sold the car. I have purchased many new cars over the years and this was the first time I felt the sales person was just as concerned about the personal relationship as much as making a sale. Dennis knows that he has a customer for life with us. After the purchase of the car we did unfortunately have a few issues with our car. The service department was very response to our concerns and rectified them quickly. I was still disappointing to have the issues but their service department reduced our frustration. I was greeted right as I arrived. The salesman listened to what I wanted and made sure that I was very happy with every aspect of my purchase. I went into Freeway Chevrolet because I decided my $$$ would be best spent helping out an American company. I have seriously been looking for a car for about 2 weeks. I came into Freeway Chev and Dennis approached me. He convinced me to check out the New Malibu, which I was impressed with, GM must have fired their wanna be Japanese car designers because this Vehicle surpassed my expectations or the past 10 years of cars coming form Chevy. Dennis was very helpful and accommodating. We ended up getting the 09 Malibu at a great price and with 2.9% financing. Since we just got the car I haven't been to service yet, but their service department seems clean and the have a continental breakfast which seems cool. Dennis, the General Manager, and the Service manager have all called me following my purchase thanking me for my business and asking if I had any questions/concerns etc. Freeway Chevrolet has gone above and beyond my expectations from a car dealer. I highly recommend them. More
I have been to many dealers trying to find what I was looking for and got the run around. By far Freeway chevrolet succeeded the most in helping me find the right car. they were fast and easy, and very n looking for and got the run around.
