Service was ok they did put my new license plate on then realizes they did not have the complete holder. Told me to go buy on or keep calling to check to see if they can in. Could not take the plate off realizes they did not have the complete holder. Told me to go buy on or keep calling to check to see if they can in. Could not take the plate off because they already drilled holes in the plastic grill More

I was sold a vehicle for 15k that cannot be driven and am expected to pay $2100 to repair an issue that should have been discovered when I brought it in with issues 10 days after picking it up. The issue is expected to pay $2100 to repair an issue that should have been discovered when I brought it in with issues 10 days after picking it up. The issue is not uncommon, infact it's a well known issue that pops up in a Google search. Not to mention that it was a recall issue overseas and is prominent on the prius forums. More
We have been going to Freeman Toyota for years to service our vehicles. Tim and Steve are normally the service underwriters we work with and they are great. They know we can handle some of the work (wipers our vehicles. Tim and Steve are normally the service underwriters we work with and they are great. They know we can handle some of the work (wipers, lights, air filters, simple brake swaps, etc.) and aren't pushy, but they make sure we are aware of the vehicle needs so we can take care of it when necessary. Appreciate their help keeping our vehicles up and running! More
Steve tried, but basically got cut off at the knees by someone else. So, while he got only 3 stars, I don't think that's 100% reflective of him, though after check-in I never saw him again. I had a fi someone else. So, while he got only 3 stars, I don't think that's 100% reflective of him, though after check-in I never saw him again. I had a first of the day appointment (7:05) for my "free 10000 mile service", which is basically an oil change and tire rotation. I also had a couple items that were bad on the car (the chinsy nature of a Rav4 produced in 2024 blows my mind, but that's another topic) - the trunk area won't keep the cardboard cover in place and the phone connection rarely works on its own and when it is connected, it disconnects constantly (doesn't happen in my other vehicles with the same phone) and I can't adjust volume in Android Auto (known Toyota problem). They had no solution for the radio other than they reset it all on me, which just wasted my time setting it up again. They then told me that to fix their junky trunk it would be around $1400 and blamed me for abusing the car when the reality is the trunk cardboard cover supports (the actual problem, not the cover itself) can't support things like a bag or two of dogfood, perhaps a bucket of cat litter, etc. Not sure how poorly designed plastic that can't support ordinary daily items is an "abuse" issue and not a design problem. Finally, and this is the biggest kicker of them all. I had a 7:05 appt, I was in line by 7:06 and called into a bay by probably 7:08-7:09 (not bad). BUT, my vehicle wasn't finished until approximately 9:50am. How in the world does it take nearly 3 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation when I had a first of the day appointment? The only reason I even went there is because with the vehicle purchase I've basically already paid for that service ("free", but its just built into the purchase price), but ~$50, 2 miles away and 25 minutes sounds a lot better than 20+ miles away and 3 hours just to get it "free". I think I'll just skip the next one. More
