Every time I come I have to be on my defensive because the salesman tries to shove all these things down my throat. I don’t want you to charge me $100 for a $15 bottle of fuel injector and I’m not going t the salesman tries to shove all these things down my throat. I bought two on Amazon for $15 and did it myself with no issues. I wish they would truly tell me what NEEDS to be done not try to add every single thing possible necessary or unnecessary to make money. I want to take good care of my car but I’m not going to go into debt doing it. Maybe offer all the unnecessary services and don’t treat someone like they’re an unreasonable idiot for not wanting to drop 2k on their car every 3 months. More

Never showed any problem with me asking questions. I'm a senior and he's very kind and personable. Whenever I'm in service, my vehicle is taken care of in a very timely manner. I found this visit frustrating because my old oil change sticker was removed but not replaced (for the first time in the decades I've owned a car), and my car's service indicator wasn't reset, so I had no w sticker was removed but not replaced (for the first time in the decades I've owned a car), and my car's service indicator wasn't reset, so I had no way of knowing when I would need to bring my car back in. I called and left a message for my advisor about the issue, and he didn't call me back, so I had to call again and get directions for how to fix it myself. I did get friendly service on this visit, and there was a complimentary Lyft so I could go get lunch (within a 10 mile radius, which was plenty). However, I had to do quite a bit of followup on this visit, and honestly I have more than enough on my to do list. I would suggest having a detailed service checklist, and making a note of how the customer has their dash display set so Service can return it to its original setting after resetting the oil maintenance reminder. I noticed that for once my dash display was correct, and that turned out to be because they hadn't touched it. More
I feel s complete lack of respect for the vehicle and other people's property, and no attention to detail. The experience was less than ideal. After the initial repairs were done, the service advisor obviously did not indirect the work. The globe box was removed and not put back, and debris was left on the floor. Another piece was removed and not replaced. And the Check Engine light was still on. Further inspection showed an issue in the repairs which took another two days to correct. I feel that there was little consideration and no respect of the property. The price or level of repairs should not matter, but particularly for $5k worth of device, the level of care and attention to detail was severely lacking. I have never had reason not to go to Freeman for service, but I am not so sure I will be returning. More
